-Day/NightMode–Triggertherulewhentheproductswitchesbetweendaymode(IRcutlteron)andnight

mode(IRcutlteroff).Thiscanforexamplebeusedtocontrolanexternalinfrared(IR)lightconnected

toanoutputport.

-LiveStreamAccessed–Triggertherulewhenanystreamisaccessedandduringedgestorageplayback.

Thiscanforexamplebeusedtosendnotications.

-MotionDetection–Triggertherulewhenmotionisdetected.SeeMotionDetectiononpage27.

-Tampering–Triggertherulewhentamperingisdetected.SeeCameraTamperingonpage27.

•Hardware

-Network–Triggertheruleifnetworkconnectionislostorrestored.Thiscanforexamplebeusedtostart

-Moving–TriggertherulewhenthecameraviewmovesduetoaPTZoperation.Thiscanforexamplebeused

asanadditionalconditiontopreventanactionruletriggeredbymotiondetectiontorecordvideowhilethe

cameraviewmovesduetoaPTZoperation.

-PresetReached–Triggertherulewhenthecamerastopsatapresetposition.Thiscanbeforexamplebeused

withtheSendImagesactiontouploadimagesfromthepresetposition.

•Storage

-Disruption–Triggertheruleifstorageproblemsaredetected,forexampleifthestoragedeviceisunavailable,

removed,full,lockedorifotherreadorwriteproblemsoccur.Thiscanforexamplebeusedtosendmaintenance

notications.

-Recording–TriggerstherulewhentheAxisproductrecordstothestoragedevice.Therecordingstatustrigger

canbeusedtonotifytheoperator,forexamplebyashingLEDlights,iftheproducthasstartedorstoppedto

recordtothestoragedevice.Notethat,thistriggercanbeusedonlyforedgestoragerecordingstatus.

•System

-SystemReady–Triggertherulewhentheproducthasbeenstartedandallservicesarerunning.Thiscanfor

examplebeusedtosendanoticationwhentheproductrestarts.
