5. OPERATION
5.1. Coupling
5.1.1. . Ensure the air valve is in the “off” position before connecting to the air supply.
5.1.2. An air pressure of no more than 8bar (115psi) and an air volume of 10cfm will be required.
WARNING! Ensure the air supply does not exceed 8bar (115psi). Too high a pressure will shorten the product life and may
be dangerous, causing damage and/or personal injury.
5.1.3. Drain the air supply tank daily. Water in the air line will damage the gun.
5.1.4. Clean the air inlet filter screen weekly.
5.1.5. For recommended hook-up, see fig.1.
5.1.6. Line pressure should be increased to compensate for unusually long air hoses (over 8 meters). The minimum hose diameter should
be 1/4” internal diameter and fittings must have compatible dimensions.
5.1.7. Keep hoses away from heat, oil and sharp edges. Check hoses for wear, and make certain that all connections are secure.

the safety instructions in Section 1 and follow the
manufacturer’s instructions on the underseal/wax
container.
