If you are in the Chicagoland area or any of its surrounding suburbs, you will have the option to add the door swing change to your installation ticket.

#2 Does this dryer come with a drop down door on the front?

The only option is a swing door opening for this and other GE dyers currently available.

#3 Does the 4 prong electric chord haven to be ordered separately?

Yes, the electrical 3(PT220L) or 4 prong cord(PT400L) needs to be purchased in addition to the dryer. Have a great day!
