9 Ensure that the tank capacity exceeds the amount of fluid to be collected.
8 DO NOT use the extractor for any purpose other than that for which it is designed.
8 DO NOT operate the extractor if any parts are damaged or missing as this may cause failure and/or
personal injury.
8 DO NOT leave the extractor operating unattended.
WARNING! Engine oil will be hot when extracting.
IMPORTANT! Ensure that you wear protective clothing, gloves, goggles, face mask as appropriate for
the fluid being extracted.
WARNING! DO NOT allow uncontrolled discharge of fluids thus polluting the environment.
8 DO NOT use the unit to extract dangerous chemicals, poisons, acids, alkalines or solvents.
8 The container is not designed for long term storage.
8 DO NOT store the unit under extreme conditions.
8 DO NOT turn the container upside-down when it is holding fluids.
8 DO NOT adapt the unit for any other purpose.
9 Dispose of waste fluids in accordance with local authority regulations.

2. INTRODUCTION
Constructed from composite materials and suitable for the extraction of engine oils from cars, motorcycles, marine engines, stationary
engines and industrial machinery. Also suitable for low viscosity uids such as water. Supplied with 2.1m suction probe, easy-pour
spout and cover cap. Use probe to remove engine oil through the dipstick tube.

4. ASSEMBLY
NOTE: The black section of the probe is permanently joined to the clear
section and cannot be separated.
4.1. Screw handle (F) onto pump shaft (B).
4.2. Replace red cap on container (G) with tube cap (D) and x rmly.
4.3. Before attaching pump (B), make sure the black rubber collar (E) on
container(A) is rmly seated.

5. OPERATION
5.1. Pre-run engine for 10 minutes, to warm the oil and to allow any sludge or contaminants within the oil to mix and to suspend.
5.2. Switch engine o and remove dipstick from vehicle.
5.3. Insert black part of suction probe into vehicle dipstick pipe until it reaches the bottom of the oil pan.
5.4. With two hands pump handle (F) 10 to 20 times. Oil will ow out automatically.
8 DO NOT PUMP CONTINUOUSLY- DO NOT FORCE THE PUMP HANDLE.
5.5. After extracting, remove tube cap (D) from container with a twisting action.
5.6. Remove pump (B) from container (A), attach pour spout (C) and empty oil (uid) into a suitable receptacle for safe disposal. DO NOT
hold the container upside-down.
6. MAINTENANCE
6.1. Keep the unit clean, wipe o any uid spillage. Keep the suction tubes clean and clear of blockages. Check that all tubes, hoses and
connections are in good condition.
