If the controller box shows nothing when powered on:
1) Check the fuse wire, check whether the glass wire is damaged or fused, if damaged, please
change the wire.
2) Open up the back cover of controller box to examine the electricity box and see if some thread
have fallen off, if fallen, please match it accordingly.
When power on, the controller box is showing values but cannot heating up:
1) display is showing the actual room’s temperature, please takes out the plug of head machine,
and replaced it with other mugs heater or plate heater.
2) The head controller box heats up normally while other parts won’t heat up: please change the
heating part.
