1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. Heavy-duty cover is ideal for protecting a motorcycle
when being transported on a trailer. Waterproof
double-stitched and heat sealed seams ensure the
motorcycle stays dry. Easy-to-use buckle system
secures the cover to the bike in all weathers. Air
vents provide airow while being transported and
ventilation while being stored. Elastic hem ensures
a tight t to the motorcycle. Supplied in a drawstring
storage bag. Dimensions (L x W x H): 2900mm x
1120mm x 1120mm
2. OPERATION
2.1. BEFORE YOU BEGIN
Perform a risk assessment. Secure the motorcycle
appropriately. Sealey’s recommend the following
products, shown in FIG.1:

2.2. SECURE THE COVER
Remove the cover from its storage bag and place
over the bike. Thread the straps (FIG.2) through
the strap covers and attach securely with ratchet tie
downs. Use the plastic clips (FIG.3) to secure the
cover on the bike.
IMPORTANT: check the bike and cover are secure before transportation.
3. MAINTENANCE
3.1. CLEANING
Clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. DO NOT use harsh chemicals or abrasives that may damage the material of the cover.
3.2. STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place with good ventilation. Allow the cover to dry before placing it in its original drawstring bag.

ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION
Recycle unwanted materials instead of disposing of them as waste. All tools, accessories and packaging should be
sorted, taken to a recycling centre and disposed of in a manner which is compatible with the environment. When
the product becomes completely unserviceable and requires disposal, drain any uids (if applicable) into approved
containers and dispose of the product and uids according to local regulations.
