10. If you select My screen is o, you will be asked to charge the battery and retry.
If you still encounter issues, please tap Go to Help Center.
11. If you selected My watch display time, you will be asked to perform a factory
reset. To do so, please follow the steps indicated on the screen of the Health
Mate app.
12. If you selected I have another problem, you will be redirected to the Help
Center.
13. If your watch still cannot be found via Bluetooth, tap Try again.Make sure that
your ScanWatch is placed close enough to your mobile device.
14. Remove your watch from the Bluetooth settings of phone. Please follow the
steps indicated on the screen of the Health Mate app..
15. ScanWatch is now detected. Tap Next to pair it with your Health Mate app.
