For best dishwashing results, follow these loading guidelines. Features and appearance of racks and silverware
baskets may vary from your model.
Upper Rack
The upper rack is primarilyfor glasses, cups, and
saucers. For best wash performance, tiltcup and
glass openings toward the center of the rack. Other
items such as pots, pans, and plates may be placed
inthe upper rack.Thisisalso a secure place for
dishwasher-safeplasticitems.Theupper rackcan
beusedfor oddsizedutensils.Saucepans,mixing
bowls,andothersimilarlyshapeditemsshould
beplacedfacedownfor bestwash performance.
Ensuresmallplasticitemsaresecureso thatthey
cannotfall onthe heaterat the bottomof the
dishwasher,potentiallydamagingthe item.Some
modelsareequippedwitha hiddenheater,so
dishwashersafe plasticitemscanbe placedin the
lowerrack.
IMPORTANT:Ensurethatitemsdo not protrude
throughthe bottomof the rackor silverwarebasket
wheretheywill blockthe rotationof the middlespray
arm.Thiscouldresultin noiseduringoperationand/
or poorwashperformance.
IMPORTANT:Ensureitemsinthe upperrackdonot
interferewiththe 3rdRack(onsomemodels)when
loadingandunloading.

The Bottle Wosh system(on some models)is
the ideallocationto positionbaby bottles and
tall sports bottles.The Bottle Washclips hold
bottles with smallopeningsin placesowaterjets
aredirectedinsidethe bottlesto cleanhardto reach
areas.Clipscanbe installedor removedbysimply
slippingthe clipopeningoverthetopof the nozzle.
