CUTTING HEIGHT POSITIONS

The mower is designed to disperse the clippings back to the lawn. Pull up the cover and insert the side
discharge chute. The side discharge is optional, if you do not need the side discharge, remove from the
mower.
SETTING CUTTING HEIGHT
When shipped, the wheels on the mower are set to a low-cutting position. Before using the mower
st suited for your lawn.
The average lawn height should be between 1" to 4" based on the type of grass grown.
To set the cutting height:
■ To raise the cutting height, grasp the height adjustment lever and move it toward the back of the
mower.
■ To lower the cutting height, grasp the height adjustment knob and move it toward the front of the
mower.
