Using Your Kettle:
Switch to the correct voltage range before use:
This kettle has a dual voltage switch function, select between voltage to 220-240V
or 100-120V at the bottom of kettle before use.
The kettle should always be unplugged when filling in water.
Fill the kettle with water to the desired level. The water indicating line (MAX or
MIN) on kettle’s body will assist you to measure the correct amount of water.
Do not fill over the maximum capacity (MAX 0.8L) to prevent overflow during
boiling.
Do not fill less than the lowest capacityMIN 0.2Lto prevent the kettle running
dry while operating.
Please make sure that the lid is closed before you turn on the ON/OFF switch.
Basic operation
After filling in the water, put the kettle on a dry and flat surface, then insert the
plug to the wall outlet, switch on the ON/OFF switch, then the power indicator
light will be on, the kettle starts to work.
After the water boils, the kettle will stop working automatically, the indicator light
will go off.
Make sure the plug is removed when pouring out the water.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Make sure the kettle is cool and disconnect from the power outlet.
Wipe the exterior of the kettle with a soft sponge. Do not use abrasive scouring pads or
powder. Never immerse the kettle in water or other liquid.
Descaling
It is recommended to descale the kettle regularly. With normal use, at least twice a year.
1. Fill the kettle with a mixture of one part white vinegar and two parts of water toMax”
line. Switch on the kettle and start boiling.
2. After boiling, keep the mixture inside the kettle for 12 hours.
3. Pour out the mixture then fill the kettle with clean water to “Max” line and boil again.
5. Pour out the boiled water and remaining scale.
