¡ The display indicates the progress
of the descaling or cleaning pro-
cess.
¡ If your appliance has been locked,
you can only operate it again once
the descaling process has been
carried out.
Tip:In addition to the automatic rins-
ing process, regularly also remove
and clean the brewing unit.
Using the service programmes
1. Select "Care & maintenance".
2. Press "Care & maintenance".

Tips
¡ If you are starting the "Descaling"
or "calc'nClean" programme, keep
a container with a capacity of min.
0,5l at the ready.
¡ If you use a water filter, this will
prolong the time until you have to
run a service programme.
¡ You can combine "Descaling" and
"Cleaning" with the "calc'nClean"
service programme.
