Canadawhenthe Refrigeratorhasbeenproperlyinstalled
accordingto the instructionssuppliedbyMabeand is
connectedto an adequateandproperutilityservice.
Damagedueto abuse,accident,commercialuse,and alteration
or defacingof the serialplate cancelsall obligationsof this
warranty.
Serviceduringthis warrantyperiod must be performedbyan
AuthorizedMabeServiceAgent.
NeitherMabenorthe Dealeris liablefor any claimsor
damagesresultingfromfailureof the Refrigeratoror from
servicedelaysbeyondtheir reasonablecontrol.
Toobtainwarrantyservice,purchasermust presentthe original
Billof Sale.Componentsrepairedorreplacedarewarranted
throughthe remainderof theoriginalwarrantyperiodonly.
Thiswarrantyisextendedto theoriginalpurchaserandany
succeedingownerfor productspurchasedfor homeusewithin
Canada.In homewarrantyservicewill be providedinareas
whereit isavailableanddeemedreasonableby Mabe
to provide.
Thiswarrantyis in additionto any statutorywarranty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED:
•Owneris responsibleto payfor servicecallsrelatedto
productinstallationand/orteachinghowto usethe product.
•Damageto finish mustbe reportedwithin48 hoursfollowing
the deliveryof the appliance.
• Damageto finish after delivery.
• Improperinstallation--properinstallationincludesadequate
air circulationto the refrigerationsystem,adequateelectrical,
plumbingand otherconnectingfacilities.
•Replacementof housefusesor resettingof circuitbreakers.
• Replacementof light bulbs.
•Damageto productcausedbyaccident,fire,floodsoracts
of God.
•Lossof fooddue to spoilage.
•Properuseandcareof productas listedin theowner's
manual,propersettingof controls.
• Productnot accessibleto providerequiredservice.
•WARRANTORIS NOTRESPONSIBLEFORCONSEQUENTIAL
