• Let your service agent regularly examine the product
and make necessary adjustments and repairs.
• Obey the instructions for how to change accessories.
Only use accessories from the manufacturer.
• When not in operation, keep the product, battery and
battery charger apart in a dry, indoor and locked
area. Make sure that children and persons that are
not approved cannot get access to the product,
battery or battery charger.
Assembly
Introduction
WARNING: Before you assemble the
product, read the safety chapter.
WARNING: To prevent accidental start
during assembly, turn the safety key to 0,
remove the battery and wait at minimum 5
seconds.
To adjust the handle height
The product has free handle height adjustment span.
The handle height can be set to a applicable height
between 2 set points.
1. Set the product in operation position. Refer to
To set
the product in operation position on page 15
.
2. Turn the lock knobs on the handlebars
counterclockwise. (Fig. 27)
3. Pull the handlebars to a suitable position.
4. Put the 2 handlebars in level.
CAUTION: If the handlebars are not
in level, the product will be damaged.
5. Turn the lock knobs on the handlebars clockwise.
6. Tighten the lock knobs fully.
To install the grass catcher
1. Lift the rear cover.
2. Remove the mulch plug.
3. Attach the grass catcher to the top edge of the
chassis.
4. Put the lower part of the grass catcher against the
grass discharge channel. (Fig. 28)
CAUTION: Make sure that the
grass catcher is sealed correctly to the
chassis of the product.
To install the mulch plug
1. Lift up the rear cover and remove the grass catcher.
2. Push the mulch plug into the discharge channel until
you hear a click. (Fig. 29)
To install the hook on the wall
• Install the hook indoors.
• Keep the hook out of sunlight and in ambient
temperature of -10 °C to +70 °C.
• Install the hook on a drywall, wood or concrete wall.
CAUTION: Make sure that the wall
can hold loads of minimum 30 kg.
• Install the hook on the wall with the 3 screws (A).
Use wall plugs (B) if it is necessary. (Fig. 30)
CAUTION: Make sure that the
screws are applicable for your wall type.
