CLEANING AND CARE
DOOR GASKET
Clean door gaskets every three months according to general instructions.
Gasket must be kept clean and pliable to assure a proper seal.
• Petroleum jelly applied lightly on the hinge sides of gaskets will keep the
gasket pliable and ensure a good seal.
VACATION AND MOVING CARE
• For long vacations or absences, set the temperature dial to “OFF”,
unplug the unit, empty contents from wine cellar and clean the wine
cellar and door gaskets according to “General Cleaning” section. Prop
doors open, so air can circulate inside.
• When traveling or moving the wine cellar, always transport the unit
vertically. Moving the unit on its sides may damage the wine cellar
and/or its compressor. Do not move or store the unit on its side
