Important Safety Instructions
Please read this guidance carefully before using your fan heater, so that you can use it correctly.
Please keep well with this guidance.
When using electrical appliances, basic precautions should always be followed to reduce the risk of fire, electric sh
ock, injury to persons, and hyperthermia , including the following:
WARNING: POTENTIAL ELECTRICAL HAZARD IF NOT ADHERED TO.
1. This heater must be plugged into a 120V, 15amp (or more) circuit of its own. Do not plug anything else into the same
circuit. If unsure if your home meets this specification, consult a certified electrician before use. Risk of fire, overheating,
malfunction, property damage, injury, or even death may result if not adhered to!
2. Plug the heater on a properly grounded outlet only. Do not plug it on extension cords, surge protectors, timers, direct
breakers, or an outlet with other appliances connected to the same outlet. There are risks of fire, overheating,
malfunction, property damage, injury, or even death that may result if not adhered to!
3. The heater surface is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not touch the heater surfaces with your hands.
4. Keep the combustible materials (furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains) at least 3ft. from the front
of the heater and keep them away from the sides and back of the heater.
5. Extreme caution is necessary when the heater is used by children, invalids, pets, or the heater is left operating
unattended.
6. Always unplug the heater when not in use.
7. Do not use the heater with any damage, such as a worn cord or plug, or any heater with malfunctions after been
dropped. Please contact the seller for resolution options.
8. Do not use the heater outdoors. Exposure to outdoor elements such as rain, snow, sun, wind, or any extreme
temperatures may cause a safety hazard.
9. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas, or moisture indoor locations, or any extended
outlets.
10. Never place the heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water receptacles.
11. Do not run the cord under the carpet. Do not cover the cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings. Arrange
the cord away from traffic areas and where it will not be tripped over.
12. The heater must be plugged into a wall outlet that is a dedicated circuit with a minimum 15amp rating on that
individual circuit.
13. To disconnect the heater, first, switch the power button to the OFF status, then you can remove the plug from the
wall outlet.
14. Do not let any objects enter or block any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause electric shock, fire, or
damage the heater.

15. Leave at least 3 ft. of unobstructed space to the front and rear of the heater to allow for maximum heat, air, and
ventilation flow.
16. Inner parts of the heater might slightly hot arcing or sparking. Do not use it in areas where gasoline, paint, or
flammable liquids are used or stored, nor use flammable solvents to clean the heater. Keep the heater dry at all times.
17. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the manufacturer may cause
fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
18. Do not use abrasive solvents to clean the heater, in case it causes any damage to the finish or casing.
19. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use it on any soft surfaces, like a
bed or carpet where the opening may become blocked.
20. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use an extension cord or relocatable power tap
(outlet/power strip).
21. Do not unplug the heater when the unit is still ON, as the vent grill will be hot.
22. Shut off the switch of the heater and wait 10 minutes before unplugging from the wall.
23. Hyperthermia can result in death. Symptoms of hyperthermia include high body temperature, headache, nausea,
vomiting, tiredness, dizziness, fainting, and rapid pulse. If you begin to experience symptoms related to hyperthermia,
turn off the heater and seek medical attention.
24. To avoid excessive room temperatures which can cause hyperthermia: DO NOT leave product running unattended in
a confined space around infants, or individuals with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities.
Safety Protection Feature
Overheating Protection
This heater is equipped with an overheat safety feature. When the internal components of the heater reach a certain
temperature that could cause overheating or possible fire, the heater will automatically shut off.
If the heater has been overheated, you will need to unplug the heater from the wall and re-plug it to use the heater
again.
Tip-Over Protection
This heater is equipped with a tip-over switch on the bottom. When the heater is tilted or the base is off the ground,
the heater will automatically shut down. We recommend that you place the heater on a flat floor or desk, and do not
put it on an uneven carpet which may trigger the tip-over switch.
Thermostat Function
This heater is equipped with a thermostat, which allows you to control the temperature. It will get the heater
automatically adjust according to your Set temperature and the Environment temperature. For example, if the
Environment temperature is 82℉:

a. When the Set temperature(80℉) is equal to or lower than the Environment temperature, the appliance will stop
heating and turn to fan mode.
b. When the Set temperature(85℉) is higher than the Environment temperature, the appliance will turn to low heat
mode.
c. When the Set temperature(90℉) is higher or equal to the Environment temperature+5℉ or +6℉, the appliance will
turn to high heat mode.
Note: ℉ display will be ±1℉ deviation.
Cautions
WARNING: TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL
SHOCK, MATCH THE WIDE BLADE OF THE
PLUG TO THE WIDE SLOT OF THE RECEPTACLE
AND FULLY INSERT.
WARNING: It is normal for the power cord to get hot at work.
However, a poor connection or loose fit between the outlet and the plug may cause overheating of the plug. If this
occurs, try inserting the plug into a different outlet. Contact a qualified electrician to inspect the original outlet for
damage.

Usage
1. Please check before you use:
a. The heating element and electric wire are NOT broken.
b. Please do not use the socket lower than 15A for fear of any accident.
2. Use the fan heater in the flat place to avoid being toppled.
3. If you stop using the heater, turn off the power switch, then put off the plug.
4. If you want to move the heater, please turn off the switches, then put off the plug.

2. Press “ ” as follows : ON(standby), LED display Environment
temperature(default is ℉ after the power cut off), OFF(Fan keep working
for 30 seconds when shutdown the appliance after heating, LED display
“--” ), see picture 2.1;
Note: only press “ ” to ON(standby), then can start heating, setting
temperature, flaming.
3. Press “ ”as follows:FAN working, Low heat(1000W), High
heat(1500W), Stop heating(Fan keep working for 30 seconds, LED display
Environment temperature, standby);see picture 3.1-3.3
4. Press “ ”as follows:Flame ON, Flame OFF;see picture 4.1
5. Press “ ”:to set timer as follows: 1H,2H,3H.....12H;See picture
5.1-5.3
6. Press “ ”:to set SWING ON, SWING OFF;see picture 6.1
7. Press “ ” to set temperature, Temperature range: 50-95℉;see
picture 7.1-7.2
7.1 Press “ ” over 3s, switch to ℃, Temperature range: 10-35℃, See
picture 7.3-7.4.
Press “ ” over 3s again, switch to ℉.
When the power supply is not cut off, keep the Temperature mode the
same.
7.2When use remote control to set temperature,
7.2.1Press “ ” on remote control first,
7.2.2Then press “+” “-” to set temperature.
7.2.3The remote control can not switch the Temperature mode, only can
switch on the machine.
8. For example, Environment temperature is 25 ℃(77℉). See picture 8.1
Set temperature is equal to or lower than Environment temperature,

appliance will stop heating. See picture 8.2-8.3
Set temperature is 1-2℃(1-4℉ or 5℉) higher than Environment
temperature, appliance will low heat. See picture 8.4-8.5
Set temperature is higher or equal to Environment temperature+3℃(5℉ or
6℉), appliance will high heat. See picture 8.6
Note: ℉ display will be ±1℉ deviation.
9. When the appliance is tilted>50 degree, then the power cut off
automatic.
10. The operation method of the remote control is the same

Maintenance & Care:
1. Please make sure the plug should be put off before cleaning the heater.
2. Strictly prohibit to use water to wash the radiator. It can be cleaned by a piece of soft damp cloth with a little neutral
detergent. Please do not use other solvent being like gasoline.
3. The fan heater must be used or stored after cooled and dried completely.
4. If stop using heater, please put off the plug from the socket, and store it in the dry place with a rust-proof poly bag,
original packing is favored.
5. Battery change
6. If you stop using heater, turn off all of the power switch, then put off the plug.
7. If you want to move the heater, please turn off the switches, then put off the plug, and hand on the handle on the
back of the convector.

WARRANTY:
TRUSTECH warrants this appliance against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use
for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of purchase by the original purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If
a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, TRUSTECH will
either 1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or 2) replace the
product with a new appliance that is at least functionally equivalent to the original appliance, or provide
a store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original appliance. A replacement appliance or
part, including a user-installable part installed in accordance with instructions provided by TRUSTECH,
assumes the remaining warranty of the original appliance. When a appliance or part is exchanged, any
replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes TRUSTECH’ s property. When
a store credit is given, the original appliance must be returned to TRUSTECH and becomes TRUSTECH’ s
property. To obtain warranty service, e-mail TRUSTECH Limited Warranty Service at
[email protected]. Please be prepared to describe the appliance that needs service and the
nature of the problem.
This warranty does not apply to:
a)damage caused by failure to follow instructions relating to appliance’s use or the installation of
components; b) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, floods, earthquake or other external
causes; c) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of TRUSTECH; d)
accessories used in conjunction with a covered appliance; e) a product or part that has been modified to
alter functionality or capability; f) items intended to be periodically replaced by the purchaser during the
normal life of the appliance including, without limitation, batteries or light bulbs; g) any appliance sold
“as is” including, without limitation, floor demonstration models and refurbished items; or h) a
appliance that is used commercially or for a commercial purpose.
