Slide Harness Straps Into
Slots in Pad and Attach
Fasteners
Pull headrest pad down around
bottom of headrest.
Lower Headest to Middle
of Car Seat
Starting from bottom of car seat,
slip pad on shell.
At the Headrest/Harness
Handle, Slide the Fabric Tab
In Between the Headrest and
Headrest Foam As Shown

Push In and Out Harness
Holders Through Slots in
Pad

At the Back of the Headrest,
Slide the Fabric Tabs into
the Slots in Headrest
Repeat for other side.
