If you have the collection bag in place that should be removed, but you can leave the cartridge in place. However, we recommend using a foam sleeve (90585) for large amounts of liquid pick-up. If you use the cartridge for wet it must be dried before using for dry pick-up or it will clog the filter.

You may get some of the gravel when you are vacuuming. I would recommend putting a collection filter bag on the inlet so that all the debris would go into the bag (90662), or make sure you have a cartridge filter over the filter cage that will protect your motor.

This is not designed for household use, more for garage, basement and yard. It comes with a detachable blower for yard or garage clean-up.

Yes, it is that simple, remove the blower head from the cradle install the extension wand and you are set to blow. Then just re-install the blower unit into the cradle for vacuuming.

I don't know if you want to use the blower on this unit to blow the debris or vacuum it up, so to blow it yes it will work but to vacuum it has 1.5" hose which will clog easily with the leaves.
