maintained,lubricatedandtunedup accordingto theinstructionsin theowner'smanual,
Searswillrepairor replacefreeof chargeanypartsthatare foundto bedefectivein
materialorworkmanshipaccordingto theguidelinesof coveragelistedbelow.Sears
will alsoprovidefreelaborfor theseapplicablewarrantedpartsfor thetwofull years.
Duringthefirst30 daysof purchase,therewillbe no chargesto servicetheproduct
atyour homefor issuescoveredbythiswarranty.(Seeexclusionsbelow). Foryour
convenience,IN HOMEwarrantyservicewillstill be availableafterthe first 30days
of purchase,butatripchargewill apply.This chargewill bewaivedif theCraftsman

ThisWarrantydoesnotcover:
• Expendableitemswhichbecomewornduringnormaluse,includingbutnotlimitedto
blades,sparkplugs,air cleaners,belts,andoilfilters.
• StandardMaintenanceServicing,oil changes, ortune-ups
• Tire replacementor repaircausedbypuncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchas nails,
thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseofoperatorabuse,includingbutnotlimitedto, damage
causedbytowingobjectsbeyondthe capabilityof theridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bendtheframeor crankshaft,orover-speedingtheengine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseofoperatornegligence,includingbutnotlimitedto, elec-
trical andmechanicaldamagecausedbyimproperstorage,failureto usethe proper
gradeand amountofengineoil, failureto keepthedeckclearofflammabledebris,
orfailureto maintaintheequipmentaccordingto the instructionscontainedin the
owner'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfuel determinedto be contami-
natedoroxidized(stale). Ingeneral,fuel shouldbeusedwithin30daysof itspur-
chasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearof theexteriorfinishes,or productlabel replacement.
• Ridingequipmentusedforcommercialorrentalpurposes.
LIMITEDWARRANTYONBATTERY
Forninety(90)daysfrom dateof purchase,if anybatteryincludedwiththis riding
equipmentprovesdefectivein materialorworkmanshipandour testingdeterminesthe
batterywill notholda charge,Searswill replacethebatteryat no charge. Duringthe
first 30daysof purchase,therewill beno chargesto replacethebatteryat yourHOME.
After thefirst 30 days,for yourconvenience,IN-HOMEwarrantyservicewillstill be avail-
