Using Your Stand Mixer:
1. Place the Stand Base on a clean and sturdy flat surface. The Non-Slip feet will keep the
appliance in place.
2. Press the Head Tilt Button on the side of the Stand Base to tilt the head back. Insert the
Stainless-Steel Bowl in place and return the Mixer Holder to its place.
3. Add the ingredients you would like to mix to the Stainless-Steel Bowl.
4. Before connecting the appliance, insert the beaters into the Hand Mixer.
5. Once they are locked in place insert the mixer on the Mixer Holder. Make sure the grooves
of the Mixer Holder lock with the grooves of the Mixer.
6. Connect Plug to the nearest 120 V AC electrical outlet.
7. Mix using a slower speed at first, gradually building. Turbo button can be used once dry
ingredients have been incorporated with wet ingredients as to avoid splatters.
CAUTION: Do not touch Moving parts with fingers or objects.
Attention: First use may cause a slight odor or small smoking upon heating, it is normal. This
is a result of the heating element chemical reaction. It quickly goes away.
8. Mix ingredients to the desired consistency and turn the dial back to “0” to turn off,
disconnect from the power supply to clean.
9. You can eject the beaters by pressing down firmly on the Speed Control Dial.
10. You can remove the bowl and use a rubber spatula to scrape batters or ingredients as it
will not damage or scratch the Stainless-Steel Bowl.
Cleaning Your Stand Mixer:
WARNING: Always unplug the product before cleaning or storing it.
NOTICE: Never immerse the motor base, plug or cord in water or any other liquid.
It is recommended to rinse parts immediately after use to make cleaning easier.
Before handling Beaters make sure the appliance has been disconnected.
Beaters and Stainless-Steel Bowl can be washed using warm soapy water and nonabrasive
soap. Do not use abrasive cleaners or pads. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
The motor base may be wiped using a damp cloth. Reassemble and store in a cool, dry
place. Away from reach of children.
NOTE: NEVER IMMERSE THE BASE
Recipe: Cream Cheese Frosting
Ingredients
2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
3 cups confectioner's sugar sifted
1/2 cup butter softened
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Directions
1. Cream the cream cheese in the stand mixer.
2. Add in butter and cream together with cream cheese until light and fluffy.
3. Add confectioner's sugar, 1/2 a cup at a time. After each cup has been incorporated, turn
the mixer onto the highest speed setting and for about 10 seconds to lighten the frosting.
4. Add in vanilla and beat until well-blended, light and fluffy.
