8.0 User-maintenance
Always disconnect power to
the machine before performing maintenance.
Failure to do this may result in serious personal
injury.
Perform the following on a regular basis:
Empty chip drawer.
Clean out dust or debris from inside the cabinet,
with brush or shop vacuum. Do NOT use
compressed air, which can force metal debris
into working parts of the machine.
Inspect and clean the exhaust filter. To access
filter, remove the 6 screws from the exhaust
cover and remove cover. Loosen the hand
knobs on the inside of the cover and slide out
the filter.
Replace filter if needed.
Inspect power cord; have damaged or worn
cord replaced before operating dust collector.
