Your remote control can be programmed to operate upto two devices, such as a garage door opener, gate
operator, or commercial door operator andhas a SMART/ LEARN button. Eachbutton on the remote control
works independently of the other andmust be programmed separately. The images throughout this manualare for
reference only andyour product may look different.

Read instructions thoroughly BEFORE beginning. If you are using this product with residential door
openers, this product must be used only withdoor openers manufactured starting January 1, 1993
that use photoelectric sensors located near the bottom of the door track.

To prevent possible SERIOUS INJURY or DEATH:
NEVER allow smallchildren near batteries.
If battery is swallowed, immediately notify doctor.
To reduce risk of fire, explosionor chemical burn:
Replace ONLY with 3V CR2032 coin batteries.
DO NOT recharge, disassemble, heat above 21F (10C) or incinerate.
PROGRAMMING
PROGRAM TO GARAGE DOOR OPENERS WITH A YELLOW LEARN BUTTON
If your remote was previously programmed to another type of opener, see PROGRAM TO COMPATIBLE GARAGE DOOR
OPENERS AND OPERATORS to reprogram to a yellow LEARN button.
1. Start withthe garage door closed.
2. Press andimmediately release the yellow LEARN button. The Learn LED glows steady for 30seconds.
Within30 seconds...
3. Press andhold the button onthe remote controlyouwish to use.
4. Release the button when the garage door opener lights blink or two clicks are heard.
5. Test by pressing the button youjust programmed. The opener activates.
To program the remote to Chamberlainaccessories, refer to the manual provided withthe accessory.

PROGRAM TO COMPATIBLE GARAGE DOOR OPENERS AND OPERATORS
1. Start withyour garage door, gate, or commercial door closed.
2. Remove the remote control cover. Press and holdthe program button untilthe LED turns on.
3. Press andrelease the SMART/LEARN button onyour product or matchthe remote control DIP SWITCHES
to the existingreceiver or existing remote control.
4. Select a buttontoprogram onthe remote control. Press and release the buttonthe specified number of
times accordingtothe following list. NOTE: Make sure the LED stops flashing between each press of the
button. The garage door opener will respond by clicking, blinking or activating.

RECEIVER REMOTEDIP SWITCHES
The SMART/LEARN buttonor DIP SWITCHES are located either onthe product or inan external receiver on
or near the product. Consult your product owner’s manual to locate the SMART/LEARN buttonor
DIPSWITCHES.
If youhave a 2 position DIP SWITCH and programming fails, reverse DIP SWITCHES (OFF to ON and
ONtoOFF).
