CAUTION:
The speed selector must be at 0 position before pressing down
the Eject button to remove accessories. Never press the Eject button when

*CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool completely down before
cleaning.
2. Wipe the outside surface of the head and base with a wet cloth and polish
with a soft dry cloth.

4. Wash the mix bowl, beaters and dough hooks in warm soapy water and
wipe dry. The beaters, mix bowl and dough hooks may be washed in the
dishwasher.
Caution:
Never use abrasive cleaners to clean the stainless steel bowl.
*COOKING TIPS
1. Refrigerated ingredients, i.e. butter and eggs, should be at room
temperature before mixing begins. Set these ingredients out ahead of
time.
2. Do not over-beat. Be careful that you only mix/blend mixtures until
recommended in your recipe. Fold into dry ingredients only until just
combined. Always use the low speed.
3. To eliminate the possibility of shells or spoiled eggs in your recipe, break

4. Always start mixing at slow speed and gradually increase to the
