[] If pots with a thin oxerla? of
almninmn or copper are allowed
to boil (liT, the overlay may leave
black discoloration on tile cooktop.
This should be removed
immediately betin'e heating
again or the discoloration may
be permanent.
WARNING'. Carefullycheckthe bottom ofpans
for roughnessthat would scratchthe cooktop.
Glasssurface potential forpermanent damage.
Our testing shows that if you
are cooking high sugar
mixtures such as jelly or
fudgeand have a spillover, it
can cause permanent
damage tothe glass surface
unless the spillover is
immediately removed.
Damage from Sugary Spills and Melted Plastic

hot pans.

a. Use a single-edge razor blade
scraper (CEIL_MA BRYTE <:
Ceramic Cooktop Scraper) to
move the spill to a cool area on
the cooktop.
b. Remove the spill with
paper t_wels.

lett until the sm]i_ce of the cooktop
has cooled.
] Don't use tile sm_i_ce milts again

completely removed.
