Cleaning the cappuccinatore
Danger of burning and scalding.
The cappuccinatore is very hot after
it has been used to prepare milk.
Allow it to cool down before
cleaning.
^ Remove the cappuccinatore from the
steam and hot water spout by pulling
it downwards.
Now take the cappuccinatore apart:

Remove the milk tube a and nozzles
b.

Remove the dial and locking disc c
from the cappuccinatore.
^
Clean all parts with a solution of
warm water and washing up liquid. If
neccessary, a small brush can be
used to remove any stubborn milk
deposits.
^
Rinse all parts carefully under
running water.
^
Then dry them carefully.
Reassemble the cappuccinatore in the
reverse order:
^
First replace the locking disc
followed by the dial on the
cappuccinatore.
^ Then replace the milk tube and
nozzles.
^ Fit the cappuccinatore on to the
steam and water spout from below.
