How it Works
The CustomCoolTM feature is a system of
dampe_, a tim, a temperature thermistor
and a heater. Depending on the fllncfion
selected, a combination at these will be
used to quickly chill items, thaw items or
hold the pan at a specific temperature.
The pan is tightly sealed to prevent the pen's
temperature fl'om causing temperature
fluctuations in the rest of the refl_igeratm:

colder temperatures, Select the Beverage
Center pad if you like to kee I) extra-chilled

How to Use

thawed items until they are used.

usage and operating enviromnent.
NOTE."For food safety reasons,it is recommended
that foods be wrapped inplastic wrap when using
ExpressThaHz Thiswill help contain meat juices
and improve thawing performance.
How to Remove and Replace the Drawer
Toremove:
@ Pull the drawer out to the stop position.
@ Rotate all fore" swing locks to the unlock
position.
i,ifl the ti'ont (ff the drawer up and ()tit.
Toreplace:
@ Make sure all four swing locks are in the
unlock position.
Place the sides of the drawer into the
drawer supports, making sure the swing
locks fit on the drawer slots.
I,ock all four s_dng hicks by rotating
them to the hick I)osition.
