Operating your Fan
Always choose a safe location for the Fan, keeping in mind the safety precautions outlined.
Ensure all packaging has been removed from the unit before use. This appliance requires no
installation, it should be used solely as a portable appliance.
WARNING Keep all objects at least 1 metre
from the front, sides and rear of the
appliance.
IMPORTANT! NEVER COVER THIS APPLIANCE!
Fan control
Place the tower on a dry, level and sturdy
surface. Plug the power cord into the socket.
Power
The fan functions ON and OFF by pressing the
power button either on the unit or the remote
control.
Fan Speed
The fan speed can be adjusted by pressing the
fan speed button. Press the button to switch
between the 1 – 8 speed settings. Lights on
the fan’s LED panel indicate which speed
setting has been selected.
Timer
The fan has an automatic timer to turn the
unit OFF at intervals of 1 to 8 hours. To set the
timer, turn the unit on at the required speed,
press the timer button until the desired run
time is illuminated. The fan will turn off once
the time has expired. To cancel timer, press
the timer button until the lights are
extinguished.
Mode
Press Mode button to set the fan into Normal,
Natural and Sleep mode.
Oscillation
The base oscillation feature can be activated
by pressing the base oscillation button.
The fan can be set to a stationary position by
pressing the button again.
Remote Control
All functions shown above operate from the
remote control.
The replacement battery is a CR2032
