Setting a cooking time
You can set the cooking time for your food on the
appliance. This prevents the food from accidentally
being cooked for too long, and means that you do not
have to stop what you are doing to switch off the oven.
The maximum time that can be set is 23 hours 59
minutes. The cooking time can be set in one-minute
increments up to one hour, and in five-minute
increments thereafter.
The cooking time starts at a different default value
depending on which button you touch first:
10 minutes if you touch the A button and 30 minutes if
you touch the @ button.
Example in the picture: Cooking time of 45 minutes.
1. Press the multifunctional button.
2. Setting the grill setting
3. Touch the v button twice.
The cooking time x is highlighted in the display.
4. Use the A or @ button to set the cooking time.
The appliance start heating up after a few seconds. The
cooking time will count down in the display.
The cooking time has elapsed
An audible signal sounds. The appliance stops heating.
The cooking time is shown as zero in the display.
Once the signal stops, you can touch the @ button to
set a new cooking time.
Once the food is ready, switch off the appliance by
turning the selector for the electric grill to the off
position and pressing the multifunctional button.
Changing and cancelling
You can use the A or @ button to change the cooking
time at any time.After a few seconds, the change will be
applied.
To cancel, use the A button to reset the cooking time all
the way to zero. The appliance will continue heating
without a cooking time.
