Connect the flexible cooling duct (shorter tube

) to the cooling duct adapter

. Align
the duct with the circular adapter opening, push the duct downward and turn the duct
clockwise to screw it into the adapter until it reaches the stop. Do not over-tighten or force
past the stop. Place the other end of the cooling duct near the air intake of the target
device or rack enclosure, using the straightest, shortest path available. Cool air will sink
and spread across the air intakes at the front of the rack enclosure.

Connect the flexible exhaust duct (longer tube

) to the warm air exhaust vent on the rear
panel of the unit

. Align the duct with the circular vent opening, push the duct inward
and turn the duct clockwise until it contacts the stop.

Connect the other end of the exhaust duct

to the exhaust duct adapter

. Align the
duct with the circular adapter opening, push the duct inward and turn the duct clockwise
until it screws into the adapter solidly.
If you plan to connect the exhaust duct to a drop ceiling, proceed to step
