What do I do if the car charger does not work?
If you cannot charge your devices with HULKMAN CC 65 Car Charger, please try the following measures to come to a solution.
1) Check the circuit
Ensure that there is a power supply from the power outlet socket.
2) Check your devices
Ensure that your devices are not in the under-voltage condition or other error states.
3) Check the connection
Ensure that the car charger is plugged into the cigarette lighter socket and the USB-A/USB-C
cable is connected to your device.
4) Replace the cable
Use a HULKMAN cable, your device's original cable, or another certified cable.
