information for future reference.
1. Remove the parts from the packaging and lay out on an even surface.
2. Check that all parts are present and that there is no visible sign of damage.
3. Your appliance is now ready for normal use.
4. Dispose of the packaging in a responsible manner.
Using Your Appliance:
1. Light the barbecue according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
2. Place the stone in to the pizza oven.
NOTICE
Ensure that the burners are evenly located
under the pizza oven.
3. Place the pizza oven onto the rear of the barbecue grill surface.
4. Turn the barbecue burners to the highest setting.
5. Close the barbecue lid. NOTE: There may be insufficient clearance for the lid to fully close. This
is not a problem.
6. Heat the pizza oven until the thermometer reaches “IDEAL”.
7. Work a ball of pizza dough into a flat shape.
8. Coat the pizza peel with cornmeal or flour. Place the flattened dough on top.
9. Add sauce, cheese and toppings to the dough.
10. Slide the pizza from the peel into centre of pizza oven, onto the stone.
11. Use the peel to rotate the pizza about 90 degrees every minute for approximately 3 minutes,
until the pizza is cooked. NOTE: Times may need adjusting dependent on pizza oven
temperature, the size and thickness of the pizza and toppings.
12. If the pizza top needs to be cooked longer, turn the grill burners off and leave the pizza in the
oven.
13. Once the food is cooked, carefully remove from the pizza oven.
14. Allow the unit to cool down.
Cleaning & Care:
Clean the unit after each use.
Allow the unit to cool completely.
Use a stainless steel cleaner/polish on the pizza oven according to package directions.
NOTE: Repeated use of the pizza oven may cause a brownish ‘heat tint’, this is normal and not
due to any damage to unit.
Scrape excess food from surface of the stone with a spatula.
Rinse the stone under hot water and scrub with a brush. DO NOT use soap. Allow to air dry.
NOTE: The stone is natural, and will likely darken over time. This does not affect the stone or the
pizza oven’s performance.
DO NOT use scourers, steel wool pads, abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Storage:
Ensure the unit is cool and clean before storing.
Store in the carry bag, in a dry place.
NOTICE
DO NOT leave the unit exposed to
outside weather conditions or stored
in damp, moist areas.
