This is not considered a jogging stroller, but you can lightly jog with it. Lock the front wheels so they don't not swivel, before trying to jog. If you jog daily or are a more serious jogger, look into the types of strollers that have bicycle-type wheels; those are the best.

#3 Is the YPSI stroller compatible with the Chicco Keyfit 30 or Keyfit 35 car seat?

No, we do not have an adapter for this particular car seat to work on our stroller.
