UNDER-EYE PATCHES
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
TO ENSURE PROPER OPERATION OF THIS
APPLIANCE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
INSTRUCTIONS: USING THE APPLIANCE
1. Open the lid.
2. Peel the under-eye patches off the protective film.
Place the under-eye patches sticky side down onto
the metal cooling plate and close the lid
immediately.
3. Press the ON/OFF button for 1 second to turn
the unit on. The light ring will start to blink BLUE,
indicating that the cooling function has started.
4. After five minutes, the BLUE light will stop blinking
and it will turn solid blue, indicating that the patch-
es are at the optimal temperature and ready to use.
NOTE: Patches may not feel very cold, but they are
cooled to the perfect temperature for the sensitive
skin on your face.
5. Open the lid and take the under-eye patches out."
Remove the under-eye patches one at a time from
the metal cooling plates. Place the patches under
eyes, sticky side facing the skin (see image below

Compact Cooling
Case for the first time, it must be fully charged for
2 to 3 hours. Plug the included USB-C cord into the
case’s charging port first, then plug the USB end
into a 5V DC/2A, type C adapter/charger (not
included). Plug into outlet. The light ring will turn
WHITE, indicating that the unit is charging.
2. Once fully charged, press the ON/OFF button for 1
second to activate the cooling function. The BLUE
light will start blinking.
3. T he light ring will flash RED when when the unit
reaches low battery capacity during operation.

Cooling Case unit should be given a full 2-to-3-
hour charge every 3 months.
5. Unplug the unit when not in use. Note: Always
unplug the USB cable from the unit before
unplugging the adapter/charger from the outlet, or

6. The Compact Cooling Case requires an adapter/
charger (not included) of no less than 5V DC/2A to
charge and operate properly.

UNDER-EYE PATCHES
Make sure the unit is off and the charging cable
is unplugged from it before cleaning.
1. After each use, wipe the outside of the Compact
Cooling Case with a clean damp cloth.
2. If under-eye patches are dirty, remove them from
the case, take the protective film off, and wash
them in warm, soapy water. Rinse them off and air-
dry before placing the protective film back on and
returning them to the case.
3. Do not use abrasive cleaners for cleaning.
4. Do not put unit in dishwasher for cleaning.
5. This product has no serviceable parts.

1. Quite la película protectora de los parches. Coloque
los parches en las placas enfriadoras de metal, el

DE CARGA
1. Antes de usar el aparato por primera vez, deberá
cargarlo por 2-3 horas. Primero, conecte el cable

un adaptador/cargador de tipo C de 5 V DC / 2 A

under-eye patches is an
eye treatment that helps de-puff delicate under- eye
skin. The patches are not a medical treatment and are
not intended to be used to treat any medical
conditions.
If you are under a doctor’s care for any skin condition
or if you think you have very sensitive skin, please
consult your physician before use.
We recommend not sharing the eye patches; each
user should have their own under-eye patches.
The life span of the patches is 2 to 3 months,
depending on the frequency of use. See User
Maintenance Instructions for information on how to
purchase new under-eye patches.
If you experience any pain or discomfort during use,
stop using and consult your physician.
Do not use excessive pressure when applying the
under-eye patches. The patches will adhere when
they touch the skin. When treatment is finished, gently
remove the patches, wipe them with a clean, damp
cloth, put protective films back on, and store back in
cooling case.

temperature. Cooling performance is reduced in
higher temperatures.
2. Do not use on a soft surface. Be sure unit is
well ventilated and on a hard, clean surface.
3. For best performance, if you would like to use the
cool beanz

again after the initial treatment, wait
10 minutes before second use.
STORAGE – Important
When not in use, your unit should be unplugged
and stored in a safe, dry location, out of reach of
children. Do not wrap line cord around unit.
