SELECT CUT™ CUTTING SYSTEM
The Select Cut™ multi-blade cutting system lets you use one of the three
interchangeable lower blades: the Mulching Lower Blade, and the High-Lift Bagging
Lower Blade and the Extended Runtime Lower Blade.
The Mulching Lower Blade is specifically
designed for premium mulching performance. This
heavy-duty blade turns grass into fine fragments.
Your mower is shipped with this this blade already
installed. NOTE: using this blade will affect the
running time compared to using the Extended
Runtime lower blade*.
The High-Lift Bagging Lower Blade is
specifically designed to provide extra suction ideal
for bagging, leaving your yard free of clippings.
NOTE: using this blade will affect the running time
compared to using the Extended Runtime lower
blade*.
The Extended Runtime Lower Blade provides an
optimal balance of cut quality and running time for
all around performance.
The EGO EDGE Upper Blade is used in combination with the lower blade chosen to slice
the grass into fine fragments and greatly enhances cutting performance.
WARNING:
Both upper AND lower blades must be installed. The mower will not
operate with only one blade installed.
NOTE: To maximize the running time, please refer to "Tips on Maximizing the
Running Time" chapter in "SPECIFICATIONS" section.
