TOASTING TIPS
• Make quick and easy croutons by toasting your desired bread on a
higher setting, then crumbling it over salad or soup.
• Choose thicker slices of gluten-free bread to toast. Store-bought
gluten-free bread tends to be thin and crumble easily, making it
dicult to evenly toast and keep in one piece. When shopping for
gluten-free bread to toast, choose thicker slices with
sturdier crusts.
• When toasting raisin or other fruit breads, remove loose fruit from
the surface of the bread before toasting. This will prevent fruit
pieces from sticking to the insides of the toasting slots.
