Ganiza G200 H13 HEPA Air Purifier

Replace the replace Hepa & Activated Carbon Filter Ganiza air purifiers is easy, just follow these 4 steps:
- Step 1: Flip over the Ganiza air purifier and open the filter cover.
- Step 2: Remove the old HEPA & Activated Carbon Filer, and put in the new HEPA & Activated Carbon Filer.
- Step 3: Close the filter cover.
- Step 4: Reset the service time of the new filter after replacement. Please long press power button for 5s until the indicator normally on.

Please check the filter cover and make sure it's tightly closed .

The sensor may be blocked by dust or hair, please try to vacuum and wipe inside add outside of air purifier and sensor.

The red light reminds you that it's time for a new filter. But it doesn't mean that the air purifier is not working properly. After replacing the filter, please press and hold the power button for 5 seconds until the red grid like symbol disappears.

Please check if the protective bag is removed from the HEPA filter. If it does not resolve the issue.
