For the power supply products purchased through regular channels, our company
provides customers with warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Note: Customers need to provide proof of purchase or other valid evidence when seeking
warranty service.
Warranty Period
Within 24 months from the date of purchase of this product, if the product is found to have any
inherent quality problem or manufacturing defect, we will repair it for you free of charge.
Replacement
If the product cannot be repaired due to its own quality defects during the warranty period, we
will provide you with a replacement product (not lower than the performance of the original
product), and the warranty period of the replacement product is the remaining warranty period
of the original product.

The following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
Products purchased through informal purchase channels, or non-authentic products of our
company;
Giveaway and optional accessories;
Normal appearance wear and tear during use;
Misuse, abuse, accidental damage, intentional damage;
Unauthorized disassembly and repair by unauthorized maintenance personnel;
Problems caused by the use and storage not in accordance with the requirements of Chapter
2 and Chapter 3 of this manual, and failure to carry out troubleshooting as required in
Chapter 5 of this manual.
Damage caused by natural disasters, lightning, earthquake, tsunami and other irresistible
factors.
The company only guarantees the matters specified in this manual. All warranties are
limited to the repair or replacement of defective products at Volcan's discretion. Volcan shall
not be liable for any accidental or indirect damages related to the product.
The effectiveness, interpretation and implementation of this Manual are all based on the
laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao Special Administrative
Region and Taiwan, China, China, and excluding conflict of laws rules). The disputes arising
from your use of Volcan products shall be settled through negotiation between Volcan and
you. If the negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the court with jurisdiction at
the defendant's location.
