• Do not use whole fruits when mixing. Mash or puree fruit first.
Cleaning Your Stand Mixer:
WARNING: Always unplug the product before cleaning or storing it.
NOTICE: Never immerse the motor base, plug or cord in water or any other liquid.
• It is recommended to rinse parts immediately after use to make cleaning easier.
• Carefully wipe the Electric Motor, Mixing Wand and main unit with a slightly damp, non-
abrasive cloth. NEVER immerse the Electric Motor in water or any other liquid.
• Blending cup can be washed using warm soapy water and nonabrasive soap. Do not use
abrasive cleaners or pads. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
• The motor base may be wiped using a damp cloth.
NOTE: NEVER IMMERSE IN WATER. DO NOT PUT IN DISHWASHER.
• Store in a cool, dry place. Away from reach of children.
Recipes:
Start with the low setting, move to high and mix to desired texture and thickness.
