Faults and what to do about them.
Display Cause/Remedy
- P - and ¼ The door is unlocked. It is possible to add laundry.
- P - ■ The temperature is too high. Wait until the temperature drops.
■ The water level is too high. It is not possible to add laundry. Close the door
immediately, if necessary. Press the A button to continue the programme.
¼ flashes ■ Laundry may be caught. Open and close the door again and press the A
button.
■ If necessary, push the door closed or remove some laundry and then push it
closed again.
■ If necessary, switch the appliance off and on again; set the programme and
make your individual settings; start the programme.
r lights up ■ Turn on the tap fully,
■ Supply hose kinked/trapped,
■ The water pressure is too low. Clean the filter. ~ Page 26
E:18 ■ The drain pump is blocked. Clean the drain pump. ~ Page 25
■ The drain hose/drain pipe is blocked. Clean the drain hose at the siphon.

Other displays Switch off the appliance, wait for five seconds and then switch it on again. If the

■ Attach the drain hose correctly or replace it.
■ Tighten the screw fitting on the supply hose.
The machine is not filling

opened.
