ELECTRONIC CONTROLS
Control Panel
FUNCTION
Activates or deactivates temperature alarm. An
audible chime indicates temperature is below 0°C
or 8°C above the set temperature.
Adjusts tem per ature in one-degree increments.
Two distinct temperature zones and storage
drawers have separate temperature controls.
Temper atures are preset at 7°C and 12°C.
Turns accent lighting on or off.
Turns unit on or off. Turning power off at the
control panel eliminates the need to unplug or turn
power off at the circuit breaker during service or
extended vacations.

Wine Storage
WINE RACKS
The full-extension (three-quarter extension for model
ICBUW-24) racks provide easy access to 750 ml, half-bot-
tles and magnums. Refer to the illustration below for proper
bottle arrangement. When storing magnums, the rack above
must be removed.
To remove a wine rack, pull out to full extension, tilt up, then
lift up and out. Refer to the illustration below.
The natural cherrywood facing on wine racks can be stained
or replaced with wood to compliment cabinetry. For more
information, refer to the Sub-Zero design guide.
CAUTION
Remove all bottles from the wine rack before removal.
DISPLAY RACK
Full-size models feature an illuminated display rack. The
display rack is designed for wine to stay in contact with the
cork. Refer to the illustration below.
To remove the display rack, pull out to full extension, tilt up,
then lift up and out.

OPERATION CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
Cleaning
INTERIOR CLEANING
To clean interior surfaces and all removable parts, wash with
a mild solution of soap, water and baking soda. Rinse and
dry thoroughly. Avoid getting water on lights, control panel
and the cherrywood facing on wine racks.
Use a standard glass cleaner to clean the UV-resistant glass
door.
CAUTION
Do not use vinegar, rubbing alcohol or other alcohol-
based cleaners on any interior surface.
STAINLESS STEEL EXTERIOR
Use a nonabrasive stainless steel cleaner and apply with a
soft lint-free cloth. To bring out the natural luster, lightly wipe
surface with a water-dampened microber cloth followed by
a dry polishing chamois. Always follow the grain of stainless
steel.
Sabbath
This appliance is certied by Star-K to meet strict religious
regulations in conjunction with specic instructions found
on www.star-k.org.
To initiate Sabbath mode, while the unit is on, touch
on
the control panel. Touch and hold

CONDENSER CLEANING
CAUTION
Before cleaning the condenser, turn power off at the
control panel. Wear gloves to avoid injury from sharp
condenser ns.
Models ICBUW-24 and ICBUW-24FS | The condenser is
located at the bottom of the unit, behind the kickplate. To
access, remove the kickplate. Refer to the illustration below.
Model ICBBW-30 | The condenser is located behind the
ip-up grille. To access, pull out on the bottom edge of the
grille and rotate upward. Refer to the illustration below.
Use a soft bristle brush and vacuum to remove dust and lint
from the condenser. Clean the condenser every three to six
months.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To avoid damaging the condenser,
vacuum in the direction of the ns.
CAUTION
Failure to clean the condenser could result in tempera-
ture loss, mechanical failure or damage.

For two years from the date of original installation, this Sub-Zero product warranty covers all parts and
labor to repair or replace, under normal residential use, any part of the product that proves to be defec-

TROUBLESHOOTING
High temperatures, unit runs excessively or unit giving off
too much heat.
• Verify condenser is clean.
• Verify door is closing properly.
• Verify door has not been left ajar.
• Increased ambient temperatures may cause compres-
sors to run longer.
• If temperature display shows 7° and 12°, but is not
cooling, unit may be in showroom mode. Contact
Sub-Zero factory certied service.
ODOR
• Unit should be cleaned before using for the rst time.
This will clear any odors that may have been trapped
during shipping.
SERVICE
• Maintain the quality built into your product by contacting
Sub-Zero factory certied service.
• When contacting service, you will need the model and
serial number of your unit. Both numbers are listed on
the product rating plate. Refer to page 4 for rating plate
location.
• For warranty purposes, you will also need the date
of installation and name of your authorized Sub-Zero
dealer. This information should be recorded on page 2.

Panel de control
FUNCIÓN
Activa o desactiva la alarma de temperatura. Un
pitido indica que la temperatura está por debajo
de 0 ºC o 8 ºC por encima de la temperatura
establecida.
Ajusta la temperatura en incrementos de un
grado. Dos cajones de almacenamiento y zonas
de temperatura distintos poseen controles de
temperatura individuales. Las temperaturas están
predenidas a 7 ºC y 12 ºC.
Enciende y apaga las luces decorativas.
Enciende y apaga la unidad. Apagar la unidad
en el panel de control evita la necesidad de
desenchufarla o de apagarla en el cortacircuitos
durante una reparación o un periodo de tiempo
prolongado.

BANDEJAS PARA VINO
Los estantes de extracción total (extensión de tres cuartos
del modelo ICBUW-24) proporcionan un fácil acceso para
botellas de 750 ml, medias botellas y botellas mágnum. En
la siguiente ilustración puede consultar cómo ordenar las
botellas correctamente. Al almacenar botellas mágnum,

FUNCIONAMIENTO RECOMENDACIONES DE MANTENIMIENTO
Limpieza
LIMPIEZA DEL INTERIOR
Para limpiar las supercies interiores y todas las piezas
extraíbles, utilice una solución suave de jabón, agua y bicar-
bonato sódico. Aclárela y, a continuación, séquela comple-
tamente. Procure que el agua no entre en contacto con las
luces, con el panel de control ni con el frente de madera de
cerezo de las bandejas.
Utilice un limpiacristales estándar para limpiar la puerta de
cristal resistente a los rayos ultravioleta.
PRECAUCIÓN
No utilice vinagre, alcohol de frotar ni otros productos
de limpieza con alcohol en ninguna de las supercies
del interior.
EXTERIOR EN ACERO INOXIDABLE
Utilice un limpiador de acero inoxidable no abrasivo y aplí-
quelo con un paño suave que no deje pelusas. Para que el
acero inoxidable adquiera un brillo natural, frote suavemente
la supercie con un paño de microbra empapado en agua
y con una gamuza seca para pulir. Siga siempre la dirección
del acero inoxidable.
Sabbath
Este aparato lleva el certicado Star-K que indica que
cumple rigurosas normas religiosas e instrucciones especí-
cas que aparecen en la página www.star-k.org.
Para iniciar el modo Sabbath, cuando la unidad esté encen-
dida, pulse
en el panel de control. Pulse y mantenga
pulsado
durante 10 segundos. Mediante este proceso
la unidad se volverá a encender, pero con las luces estarán

LIMPIEZA DEL CONDENSADOR
PRECAUCIÓN
Antes de limpiar el condensador, desconéctelo desde
el panel de control. Utilice guantes para evitar que las
aletas aladas del condensador puedan provocarle
heridas.
Modelos ICBUW-24 y ICBUW-24FS | El condensador
se encuentra en la parte inferior de la unidad, detrás del
zócalo. Para acceder a él, retire el zócalo. Observe la
siguiente ilustración.
Modelo ICBBW-30 | El condensador está situado detrás
de la rejilla que sale hacia arriba. Para acceder a él, tire del
borde inferior de la rejilla e incline el marco de la rejilla hasta

Utilice un cepillo de cerdas suaves y aspire la zona de la
rejilla para eliminar el polvo y las pelusas que se generan en
el condensador. Limpie el condensador entre periodos de
tres a seis meses.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: para evitar dañar el condensador, ase-
gúrese de aspirar siguiendo la dirección de las aletas.

LOCALIZACIÓN Y SOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Temperatura elevada, la unidad funciona en exceso o

• Compruebe que no ha dejado la puerta entreabierta.
• Si aumenta la temperatura ambiente, es posible que los

• Si la temperatura muestra 7 ºC y 12 ºC, pero no enfría,
es posible que la unidad se encuentre en modo de
exposición. Póngase en contacto con el servicio técnico
certicado de Sub-Zero.
OLOR
• Debe limpiar la unidad antes de utilizarla por primera
vez. Esto eliminará cualquier olor adquirido durante el
envío.

Localización y solución de problemas

COMMANDES ELECTRONIQUES
Panneau de commande
FONCTION
Active et désactive l'alarme de température.
Une tonalité vous avertit si la température passe
au-dessous de 0 °C ou si elle est 8 °C au-dessus
de la température programmée.
Règle la température par incréments d'un degré.
Deux zones de température distinctes et les tiroirs
de rangements ont des commandes de tempé-
rature indépendantes. Les températures sont
programmées à 7 °C et 12 °C.
Allume ou éteint l'éclairage ambiant.
Active ou désactive l'appareil. Le fait de désactiver
l'appareil au panneau de commande fait que vous
n'avez pas à couper le courant au disjoncteur ni
à débrancher l'appareil lors de l'entretien ou de
absences prolongées.

VOYANT
Indique la zone de température correspondante.
S'allume à l'afcheur du panneau de commande
lorsque l'alarme de température est activée.
S'allume à l'afcheur du panneau de commande
si un problème de température est détecté ou s'il
faut nettoyer le condensateur.
Caves à vin
CLAYETTES
Les clayettes à extension complète (extension aux trois-
quarts pour le modèles ICBUW-24) permettent d'accéder
facilement à toutes les bouteilles : 750 ml, demi-bouteilles et
magnums. Reportez-vous à l'illustration ci-après pour savoir
comment ranger les bouteilles. Lorsque vous rangez les
magnums, la clayette au-dessus doit être retirée.
Pour retirer une clayette, tirez-la au maximum, inclinez-la,
puis soulevez-la pour la retirer. Reportez-vous à l'illustration
ci-après.
Le parement en merisier naturel des clayettes peut être
teint ou remplacé avec du bois qui sera assorti aux
meubles. Pour plus de détails, consultez le Guide technique
Sub-Zero.
MISE EN GARDE
Retirez toutes les bouteilles de la clayette avant de la
retirer.
Grille de présentation
Les modèles aux dimensions classiques présentent une
grille de présentation illuminée. La grille de présentation est
conçue pour que le vin reste en contact avec le bouchon.

Pour retirer une grille de présentation, tirez-la au maximum,

Nettoyage
NETTOYAGE DE L'INTÉRIEUR
Pour nettoyer les surfaces intérieures et toutes les pièces
amovibles, utilisez une solution douce de savon, d'eau
tiède et de bicarbonate de soude. Rincez et séchez com-
plètement. Évitez de mouiller les éclairages, le panneau de
commande et le parement en merisier des clayettes.
Utilisez du produit nettoyant pour vitres normal pour net-
toyer la porte vitrée anti-UV.
MISE EN GARDE
N'utilisez pas de vinaigre, d'alcool à friction ni de
produits nettoyants à base d'alcool sur les surfaces
intérieures.
EXTÉRIEUR EN ACIER INOXYDABLE
Utilisez un nettoyant non abrasif pour acier inoxydable que
vous appliquerez à l'aide d'un chiffon doux non pelucheux.
An de faire ressortir le lustre naturel, essuyez légèrement la
surface avec un chiffon en microbre humide, puis avec une
peau de chamois sèche. Déplacez toujours le chiffon dans
le sens du grain de l'acier inoxydable.

Cet appareil électroménager a reçu la certication Star-K.
Il répond aux strictes exigences religieuses établies et aux

Pour lancer le mode Sabbat, pendant que l'appareil est en
marche, efeurez la touche

NETTOYAGE DU CONDENSATEUR
MISE EN GARDE
Avant de nettoyer le condensateur, coupez l'alimenta-
tion électrique au panneau de commande. Mettez des
gants an d'éviter de vous blesser avec les rebords
acérés des ailettes du condensateur.
Modèles ICBUW-24 et ICBUW-24FS | Le condensateur
est situé en bas de l'appareil, derrière la plinthe. Pour y
accéder, retirez la plinthe. Reportez-vous à l'illustration
ci-après.
Modèle ICBBW-30 | Le condensateur est situé derrière la
grille rabattable. Pour y accéder, tirez d'abord sur le bord
inférieur de la grille et faites-la basculer vers le haut. Repor-
tez-vous à l'illustration ci-après.
À l'aide d'une brosse à poils doux et d'un aspirateur,
enlevez la poussière et les peluches du condensateur. Le
condensateur doit être nettoyé tous les trois à six mois.
REMARQUE IMPORTANTE : Pour éviter d'endommager le
condensateur, passez l'aspirateur dans le sens des ailettes.

DÉPISTAGE DES PANNES
Températures élevées, l'appareil tourne de manière exces-
sive ou dégage trop de chaleur.
• Vériez que le condensateur est propre.
• Vériez que la porte ferme correctement.
• Vériez que la porte n'est pas restée entrouverte.
• Des températures ambiantes plus chaudes peuvent
pousser les compresseurs à marcher plus longtemps.
• Si la température afchée indique 7° et 12°, mais que
l'appareil ne refroidit pas, il se peut que l'appareil soit en
mode salle d'exposition. Contactez un prestataire agréé
par l'usine Sub-Zero.
ODEUR
• L'appareil doit être bien nettoyé avant la première mise
en marche. Cela permettra d'éliminer les odeurs piégées
pendant l'expédition.
SERVICE
• Maintenez la qualité qui fait partie intégrante de votre

de la maison est activé.

• Il se peut que la porte ait été laissée entrouverte, ce qui a
désactivé l'éclairage pour éliminer une source de chaleur
excessive. Si l'éclairage ne marche pas, fermez la porte
pendant une heure. Si l'éclairage ne marche toujours
pas, contactez un prestataire agréé par l'usine Sub-Zero.
• L'éclairage du meuble doit être remplacé par un presta-
taire agréé par l'usine Sub-Zero.
De la condensation se forme à l'intérieur de l'appareil.
• Vériez que le condensateur est propre.
• Vériez que la porte ferme correctement.
• Vériez que la porte n'est pas restée entrouverte.
• Vériez que le joint de la porte n'est ni déchiré, ni fendu.

CONTROLLI ELETTRONICI

FUNZIONE
Attiva o disattiva l'allarme temperatura. Un segnale
acustico indica che la temperatura è inferiore a
0°C o superiore di 8°C rispetto alla temperatura
impostata.
Regola la temperatura con incrementi di un grado.
Vi sono due zone di temperatura distinte e i cas-
setti per la conservazione sono dotati di sistemi di
controllo della temperatura separati. Le tempera-
ture sono preimpostate a 7°C e 12°C.
Accende o spegne l'illuminazione incassata.
Accende o spegne l'unità. Lo spegnimento dal
pannello di controllo evita di dover scollegare o
spegnere l'unità dall'interruttore durante gli inter-
venti di manutenzione o periodi di vacanza lunghi.

Indica la zona di temperatura corrispondente.
Si accende sul display del pannello di controllo
quando l'allarme temperatura è attivo.

RIPIANI PER VINI
I ripiania estensione completa (estensione a 3/4 per il
modello ICBUW-24) offrono accesso agevole a bottiglie da
750 ml, mezzo litro e magnum. Fare riferimento alla gura
riportata di seguito per la disposizione delle bottiglie. Per la
conservazione di bottiglie magnum è necessario rimovere il
ripiano superiore.
Per rimuovere un ripiano per vini, estrarlo completamente,
inclinarlo verso l'alto e compiere un movimento verso l'alto
e verso l'esterno. Fare riferimento alla gura riportata di
seguito.
La facciata in ciliegio naturale sui ripiani per vini può essere
tinta o sostituita con legno di tipo diverso per abbinarlo
all'arredamento. Per ulteriori informazioni, consultare la
guida al design di Sub-Zero.
ATTENZIONE
Rimuovere tutte le bottiglie prima di rimuovere il ripiano.
RIPIANO DI ESPOSIZIONE
I modelli full-size sono dotati di un ripiano di esposizione
illuminato. Il ripiano di esposizione è concepito in modo da
tenere il vino a contatto con il sughero. Fare riferimento alla

Per rimuovere un ripiano di esposizione, estrarlo comple-
tamente, inclinarlo verso l'alto e compiere un movimento

FUNZIONAMENTO CONSIGLI PER LA MANUTENZIONE
Pulizia
PULIZIA DEGLI INTERNI
Per pulire le superci interne e le parti rimovibili, lavare in
una soluzione di detersivo neutro, acqua e un cucchiaino
di bicarbonato. Sciacquare e asciugare bene. Evitare che
le luci, il pannello di controllo e la parte frontale in legno di
ciliegio dei ripiani per vini entrino in contatto con l'acqua.
Pulire la porta in vetro resistente ai raggi UV con un deter-
gente per vetri standard.
ATTENZIONE
Non usare aceto, alcol o altri detergenti a base di alcol
sulle superci interne.
ESTERNO IN ACCIAIO INOSSIDABILE
Applicare un detergente per acciaio inox non abrasivo utiliz-
zando un panno morbido privo di lanugine. Per far risaltare
la lucentezza naturale, pulire delicatamente la supercie
con un panno in microbra umido e poi con un panno di
camoscio asciutto. Seguire sempre la trama dell'acciaio
inossidabile.
Giorno festivo
Questo elettrodomestico è certicato da Star-K per soddi-
sfare rigorosi regolamenti religiosi ed istruzioni speciche

Per avviare la modalità Giorno sabbatico, toccare

pannello di controllo quando l'unità è accesa. Toccare e

PULIZIA DEL CONDENSATORE
ATTENZIONE
Prima di pulire il condensatore, spegnere l'alimenta-
zione dal pannello di controllo. Indossare guanti per
evitare lesioni causate dalle lamelle appuntite del
condensatore.
Modelli ICBUW-24 e ICBUW-24FS | Il condensatore si
trova nella parte inferiore dell'apparecchio, dietro allo zoc-
colo. Per accedervi, rimuovere lo zoccolo. Fare riferimento
alla gura di seguito.
Modello ICBBW-30 | Il condensatore si trova dietro alla
griglia inclinabile. Estrarre il bordo inferiore della griglia e
inclinarla verso l'alto per accedervi. Fare riferimento alla
gura di seguito.
Usare una spazzola morbida e un aspirapolvere per togliere
polvere e lanugine dal condensatore. Pulire il condensatore
ogni tre-sei mesi.
NOTA IMPORTANTE: per evitare di danneggiare il condensa-
tore, aspirare nella stessa direzione della lamelle.

Bedienfeld
FUNKTION
Aktiviert oder deaktiviert den Temperaturalarm.
Ein hörbarer Glockenton signalisiert, dass die Tem-
peratur unter 0°C oder 8°C über der eingestellten
Temperatur liegt.
Passt die Temperatur in Schritten von einem Grad
an. Zwei unterschiedliche Temperaturzonen und
Lagerungsschubladen verfügen über separate
Temperaturregler. Die Temperaturen sind auf 7°C
und 12°C.
Schaltet die Akzentbeleuchtung ein oder aus.
Schaltet das Gerät ein oder aus. Wenn der Strom
am Bedienfeld ausgeschaltet wird, muss das Gerät
während Wartungsarbeiten oder einer längeren
Abwesenheit nicht von der Steckdose getrennt
oder am Schutzschalter ausgeschaltet werden.

Weinlagerung
WEINREGALE
Die vollständig herausziehbaren Regale (bei Modell
ICBUW-24 zu drei Viertel herausziehbar) bieten leichten
Zugriff auf 750-ml-, Halb- und Magnum-Flaschen. Die
korrekte Flaschenanordnung entnehmen Sie der Abbildung
weiter unten. Beim Lagern von Magnum-Flaschen muss das
darüber bendliche Regal entfernt werden.
Zum Herausnehmen eines Weinregals wird es vollständig
herausgezogen, nach oben gekippt, dann an- und heraus-
gehoben. Siehe Abbildung unten.
Die an den Weinregalen angebrachte Holzfront aus Natur-
kirsche kann eingefärbt oder durch anderes Holz ersetzt
werden, um an Schränke angepasst zu werden. Weitere
Informationen entnehmen Sie der Design-Anleitung von
Sub-Zero.
VORSICHT
Vor dem Entfernen alle Flaschen aus dem Weinregal
herausnehmen.
PRÄSENTATIONSREGAL
Modelle in voller Größe sind mit einem beleuchteten Prä-
sentationsregal ausgestattet. Das Präsentationsregal ist so
konzipiert, dass der Wein in jeder Position mit dem Korken
in Berührung bleibt. Siehe Abbildung unten.
Zum Herausnehmen des Präsentationsregals wird dieses
vollständig herausgezogen, nach oben gekippt, dann an-

BEDIENUNG PFLEGEEMPFEHLUNGEN
Reinigung
REINIGUNG DES INNENRAUMS
Zum Reinigen der Innenächen und herausnehmbaren
Teile diese mit einer milden Lösung aus Seife, Wasser und
Natriumbikarbonat abwaschen. Abspülen und gründlich
trocknen. Es darf nach Möglichkeit kein Wasser auf die
Lampen, das Bedienfeld und die Kirschholzverkleidung auf
den Weinregalen kommen.
Die UV-beständige Glastür mit einem Standardglasreiniger
reinigen.
VORSICHT
Auf den Innenächen keinen Essig bzw. Reinigungs-
alkohol oder sonstige auf Alkohol basierte Reiniger
verwenden.
AUSSENFINISH AUS EDELSTAHL
Einen nicht scheuernden Edelstahlreiniger verwenden und
mit einem weichen, fusselfreien Tuch auftragen. Einen
natürlichen Glanz erzielen Sie, indem Sie die Oberäche mit
einem feuchten Mikrofasertuch, dann mit einem trockenen
Polierleder leicht abwischen. Stets in Richtung der Mase-
rung des Edelstahls arbeiten.
Sabbatmodus
Dieses Gerät ist von Star-K zertiziert und entspricht den
strengen religiösen Vorschriften im Zusammenhang mit spe-
zischen Anweisungen, die unter www.star-k.org zu nden
sind.
Zur Einleitung des Sabbatmodus bei eingeschaltetem Gerät
auf dem Bedienfeld berühren. Die Taste berühren
und 10 Sekunden lang gedrückt halten. Dadurch wird das
Gerät eingeschaltet; allerdings sind die Lampen deaktiviert.
Um zum Normalbetrieb zurückzukehren,
berühren.
REINIGUNG DES KONDENSATORS
VORSICHT
Vor dem Reinigen des Kondensators den Strom an
dem Bedienfeld ausschalten. Handschuhe tragen, um
Verletzungen durch die scharfen Kondensatorrippen zu
vermeiden.
Modelle ICBUW-24 und ICBUW-24FS | Der Konden-
sator bendet sich an der Unterseite des Geräts hinter der
Sockelleiste. Für den Zugriff muss die Sockelleiste entfernt
werden. Siehe die Abbildung unten.
Modell ICBBW-30 | Der Kondensator bendet sich hinter
dem hochklappbaren Gitter. Um auf ihn zuzugreifen, die
untere Kante des Gitters herausziehen und nach oben
drehen. Siehe die Abbildung unten.
Staub und Fusseln mit einer weichen Bürste und einem
Staubsauger vom Kondensator entfernen. Den Kondensator
alle drei bis sechs Monate reinigen.
WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Um eine Beschädigung des Konden-
sators zu vermeiden, nur in Richtung der Rippen saugen.

Wenn der Kondensator nicht gereinigt wird, könnte ein
Temperaturverlust, ein mechanisches Versagen oder
eine Beschädigung die Folge sein.

Hohe Temperaturen, Gerät läuft übermäßig lange oder
strahlt zu viel Wärme ab
• Prüfen, ob der Kondensatorbereich sauber ist.
• Prüfen, ob die Tür richtig schließt.
• Sicherstellen, dass die Tür nicht offen gelassen wurde.
• Höhere Umgebungstemperaturen können dazu führen,
dass die Kompressoren länger laufen.
• Wenn auf der Temperaturanzeige 7° und 12° erscheint,
das Gerät jedoch nicht kühlt, bendet es sich eventuell
im Vorführungsmodus. Wenden Sie sich an ein zugelas-
senes Sub-Zero-Kundendienstzentrum.
GERUCH
• Gerät sollte vor der ersten Inbetriebnahme gereinigt
werden. Dadurch werden alle Gerüche, die sich während
des Versands gebildet haben, beseitigt.
SERVICE
• Halten Sie die in Ihr Produkt integrierte Qualität aufrecht,
indem Sie sich an ein zugelassenes Sub-Zero-Kunden-
dienstzentrum wenden.
• Wenn Sie sich mit dem Kundendienst in Verbindung
setzen, benötigen Sie die Modell- und Seriennummern
Ihres Geräts. Beide Nummern sind auf dem Produkt-

BETRIEB DES GERÄTS
Keine Beleuchtung bzw. keine Kühlung
• Sicherstellen, dass der Strom eingeschaltet ist.
• Sicherstellen, dass die Stromzufuhr zum Gerät und der
Schutzschalter im Haus eingeschaltet sind.
Keine Beleuchtung
• Tür wurde eventuell offen gelassen, sodass die Lampen
deaktiviert wurden, um eine zu starke Wärmebildung zu
verhindern. Wenn die Lampen ausgeschaltet sind, die
Tür eine Stunde lang schließen. Wenn die Lampen immer
noch ausgeschaltet sind, wenden Sie sich an ein zuge-
lassenes Sub-Zero-Kundendienstzentrum.
• Die Schrankbeleuchtung muss von einem zugelassenen
Sub-Zero-Kundendienst ausgewechselt werden.
Im Gerät bildet sich Kondensation.
• Prüfen, ob der Kondensatorbereich sauber ist.

Bedieningspaneel
FUNCTIE
Activeert of deactiveert temperatuuralarm.
Er klinkt een belsignaal om aan te geven dat
de temperatuur onder 0° C of 8° C boven de
ingestelde temperatuur is.
Voor het aanpassen van de temperatuur
met elkens één graad. Twee verschillende
temperatuurzones en opslaglades hebben aparte
thermostaten. De temperaturen zijn vooraf
ingesteld op 7° C en 12° C.
Zet de accentverlichting aan of uit.
Schakelt het apparaat in en uit. Als de stroom
op het bedieningspaneel wordt uitgeschakeld
hoeft de stroom niet op de vermogenschakelaar
te worden uitgeschakeld tijdens onderhoud of
langere vakanties.

INDICATOR
Geeft bijbehorende temperatuurzone aan.
Brandt in bedieningspaneel als het
temperatuuralarm wordt geactiveerd.
Brandt in bedieningspaneel als een
temperatuurprobleem wordt vastgesteld of als de
condensor moet worden schoongemaakt.
Wijnopslag
WIJNREKKEN
Dankzij de volledig uitschuifbare (driekwart uitschuifbaar
voor model ICBUW-24) rekken zijn essen van 750 ml,
half-essen en magnumessen gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Zie
onderstaande illustratie voor een goede esindeling. Bij het
opslaan van magnumessen moet het erboven gelegen rek
worden verwijderd.
Om een wijnrek te verwijderen: trek het volledig uit, houd
schuin, til op en naar buiten. Zie de afbeelding hieronder.
De natuurlijke kersenhoutafdekking op wijnrekken kan
worden gebeitst of vervangen door hout dat past bij
het kastwerk. Zie de Sub-Zero ontwerpgids voor meer
informatie.
VOORZICHTIG
Verwijder alle essen uit het wijnrek alvorens het
wijnrek te verplaatsen.
DISPLAYREK
Full-size modellen zijn voorzien van een verlicht displayrek.
Het displayrek is bedoeld om wijn contact te laten houden
met de kurk. Zie de afbeelding hieronder.
Om een displayrek te verwijderen: trek volledig uit, houd
schuin, til op en naar buiten.

BEDIENING AANBEVELINGEN VOOR ONDERHOUD
Reinigen
INTERIEURREINIGING
Om oppervlakken aan de binnenkant en alle verwijderbare
onderdelen te reinigen, gebruikt u een milde oplossing van
zeep, water en bakpoeder. Goed afspoelen en afdrogen.
Voorkom water op lampjes, het bedieningspaneel en de
kersenhoutafdekking op de wijnrekken.
Gebruik een standaard glasreiniger om de UV-bestendige
glazen deur schoon te maken.
VOORZICHTIG
Gebruik geen azijn, alcohol of andere reinigingsmiddelen
op basis van alcohol op de oppervlakken aan de
binnenkant.
RVS BUITENKANT
Gebruik een niet-schurend roestvrijstalen reinigingsmiddel
en breng dit aan met een zachte, pluisvrije doek. Om
de natuurlijke glans tevoorschijn te brengen, wrijft u het
oppervlak licht in met een vochtige microvezeldoek gevolgd
door een droge zeemleren lap. Wrijf altijd mee in de richting
van de korrel van het roestvrij staal.
Sabbat
Dit toestel is gecerticeerd door Star-K en voldoet aan
strikte religieuze voorschriften in combinatie met specieke
instructies op www.star-k.org.
Om de sabbatmodus te starten als het apparaat is
ingeschakeld, tikt u op het bedieningspaneel op
.
Houd
10 seconden ingedrukt. Hierdoor wordt
de eenheid ingeschakeld en de verlichting wordt
uitgeschakeld. Tik tweemaal op
voor een normale
werking.
CONDENSOR REINIGEN
VOORZICHTIG
Schakel voordat u de condensor schoonmaakt
de stroom uit op het bedieningspaneel. Draag
handschoenen om letsel te voorkomen door de
scherpe condensorvinnen.
Modellen ICBUW-24 en ICBUW-24FS | De condensor
bevindt zich onderaan de eenheid achter de stootplaat.
Om te openen: verwijder de stootplaat. Zie de afbeelding
hieronder.
Model ICBBW-30 | De condensor bevindt zich achter het
rooster. Voor toegang, trek de onderrand van het rooster
naar buiten en draai omhoog. Zie de afbeelding hieronder.
Gebruik een zachte haren borstel en stofzuiger om stof
en pluizen van de condensor te verwijderen. Reinig de
condensor om de drie tot zes maanden.
BELANGRIJK: Om schade te voorkomen aan de condensor,
hanteert u de stofzuiger in de richting van de vinnen.
VOORZICHTIG
Als de condensor niet regelmatig wordt gereinigd
kan dit leiden tot temperatuurverlies, mechanische
storingen of schade.

VOLLEDIGE GARANTIE VAN TWEE JAAR*
Gedurende twee jaar vanaf de datum van de oorspronkelijke installatie dekt deze productgarantie van
Sub-Zero alle onderdelen en arbeid die bij normaal huishoudelijk gebruik nodig zijn voor reparatie of
vervanging van een deel van het product dat defect blijkt te zijn qua materiaal of vervaardiging. Alle
onderhoud door Sub-Zero onder de bovenstaande garantie moet door een door Sub-Zero-fabriek erkende
dienst worden uitgevoerd, tenzij anders aangegeven door Sub-Zero, Inc. Het onderhoud wordt tijdens
normale kantooruren uitgevoerd.
VOLLEDIGE GARANTIE VAN VIJF JAAR OP VERZEGELD SYSTEEM
Gedurende vijf jaar vanaf de datum van de oorspronkelijke installatie dekt de productgarantie van Sub-Zero
alle onderdelen en arbeid die bij normaal huishoudelijk gebruik nodig zijn voor reparatie of vervanging van
de compressor, condensor, verstuiver, droger en alle verbindingsstukken die defect blijken te zijn qua
materiaal of vervaardiging. Alle onderhoud door Sub-Zero onder de bovenstaande garantie moet door een
door Sub-Zero-fabriek erkende dienst worden uitgevoerd, tenzij anders aangegeven door Sub-Zero, Inc.
Het onderhoud wordt tijdens normale kantooruren uitgevoerd.
Voor meer informatie over de productgarantie van Sub-Zero kunt u contact opnemen met uw geautoriseerde
dealer van Sub-Zero. Garanties moeten voldoen aan alle verordeningen op landelijk, provinciaal en
gemeentelijk niveau.
*Roestvrij staal (deuren, panelen, handgrepen, productframes en inwendige oppervlakken) worden gedekt
door een beperkte garantie voor cosmetische defecten op onderdelen en arbeid van 60 dagen.
*Reserve waterlters en luchtzuiveringscartridges vallen niet onder de productgarantie.
PROBLEEMOPLOSSING
Hoge temperaturen, apparaat staat hoog of geeft te veel
warmte af.
• Controleer of de condensor schoon is.
• Controleer of de deur goed sluit.
• Controleer of de deur niet open is blijven staan.
• Door een hogere omgevingstemperatuur kunnen
compressors langer blijven aanstaan.
• Als de temperatuur 7° en 12° aangeeft, maar er wordt
niet gekoeld, dan kan het apparaat in showroomstand
zijn. Neem contact op met de erkende onderhoudsdienst
van Sub-Zero.
GEUR
• Apparaat moet voor het eerste gebruik worden
schoongemaakt. Hierdoor worden eventuele geuren die
tijdens transport zijn opgevangen verwijderd.
ONDERHOUD
• Handhaaf de kwaliteit die in uw product is ingebouwd
door contact op te nemen met de erkende
onderhoudsdienst van de Sub-Zero-fabriek.
• Houd het model- en serienummer van uw product bij
de hand als u contact opneemt. Beide nummers staan
op het producttypeplaatje. Zie pagina 4 voor locatie
typeplaatje.
• Voor de garantie moet ook de installatiedatum en de
naam van uw erkende Sub-Zerodealer bekend zijn.
Deze informatie moet op bladzijde 2 worden genoteerd.
Probleemoplossing
ONDERHOUDSINDICATOR

• Controleer of de condensor schoon is.
• Schakel de eenheid uit op het bedieningspaneel,
vervolgens aan. Als de indicator blijft knipperen, neem
dan contact op met de erkende onderhoudsdienst van
Sub-Zero.
WERKING
Geen lampjes of koeling.
• Controleer of de stroom is ingeschakeld.
• Controleer of de elektrische stroom naar het apparaat en
de stroomonderbreker zijn ingeschakeld.
Geen lampjes.
• Deur kan open zijn blijven staan waardoor de lampjes
zijn uitgevallen om overmatige warmte te elimineren.
Als de lampjes uit zijn, sluit dan de deur gedurende
één uur. Als de lampjes nog steeds uit zijn, neem dan
contact op met de erkende onderhoudsdienst van de
Sub-Zero-fabriek.
• De kastverlichting moet worden vervangen door de
erkende onderhoudsdienst van Sub-Zero.
Er ontstaat condens in de eenheid.
• Controleer of de condensor schoon is.
• Controleer of de deur goed sluit.
• Controleer of de deur niet open is blijven staan.
• Controleer of er geen scheuren of andere
beschadigingen in de deurpakking zitten. Is dat
het geval, neem dan contact op met de erkende
onderhoudsdienst van Sub-Zero.

清洁

要清洁内表面和所有可拆卸部件，请用温和的肥皂、水和小苏打

使用标准玻璃清洁剂清洁抗紫外线玻璃门。
