installation service available direct to the end-user.
Any gas installation, and in particular where ueing is also required, is a specialist process and requires trained professional
installers to ensure safe and ecient operation of the appliance. Our Rinnai installers are not only very familiar with our products,

DEFINITIONS
Domestic use:
The warranty periods in the table above that are allocated under “Domestic Use” are based on the heating
requirements of a typical domestic dwelling.
Commercial use:
The warranty periods that are allocated under “Commercial Use” are for applications other than domestic use and
include premises such as commercial and industrial buildings, hotels, motels, caravan parks, cafes, schools and
sporting complexes, but not limited to these.
