IMPORTANT INSTALLATION INFORMATION
Notice Property Damage: Before installing this system be aware of the following requirements to avoid water leakage which could
cause property damage. After completing installation check the system to ensure these requirements are complied with.
Braided Tubes:
Quick Connections:
Plastic Tubing:
Maintain a minimum
tube bend of = 2.4” (60mm)
Ensure that the tubes are straight
near the quick connections. Avoid
side loading the quick connection.
Ensure that the tube is pushed all
the way into the quick connection.
Ensure tube is not kinked
or damaged.
Keep the tube straight near its
connection for 3/4” (19 mm)
Do not stretch the tubing to
make the connection
Regularly inspect all quick connections for leaks.
Turn off the water supply immediately if a leak
is detected or the connector appears damaged.
Replace the quick connector before turning the
water back on.
If cleaning any of the connection or tubing, use
only water.
1/4” OD Tubing: Minimum is 1” (25.4 mm)
3/8 OD Tubing: Minimum is 1.25” (31.8 mm)
Ensure the plastic tube with the
quick connection that is attached
to the hot water tank is straight for
1” (25.4 mm) above the connection.
