OPERATION WITH THE REMOTE CONTROL
The air conditioner will not operate if curtains, doors or other materials block the signal from the
remote control to the indoor appliance.
Do not expose the remote control to water, direct sunlight or excessive heat.
Do not allow direct sunlight to fall on the infrared receiver on the indoor appliance as this can impede
the signal from the remote control.
Remote signal reception is confi rmed with a beep.

SET: Used to increase or decrease the temperature setting in 1°
increments. Pressing and holding these buttons can reach the
desired temperature faster.
ON/OFF: Press to turn the appliance on or off.
MODE: Press to select the desired operating mode.
TURBO: Press to activate the turbo function, which will run the
appliance continuously to reach the preset temperature in the
shortest amount of time.
SPEED: Press to set the desired fan speed.
SLEEP: Press to activate sleep mode which conserves energy
during sleeping hours.
°C/°F: Press to change the temperature scale between °C and
°F.
DISPLAY: Press to turn the display on or off.
SWING: Press to start or stop the horizontal and vertical louver
swing feature. The direction of the arrow indicates which louver
is being controlled.
iFEEL: Press to activate iFEEL mode which will adjust the
ambient temperature automatically.
ANTI-F: Press to set the anti-F feature which will run the fan for
a short period after the appliance turns off to ensure the interior
of the appliance is dry and does not produce a musty smell.
iCLEAN: Press when the appliance is turned off to activate
iCLEAN.
TIMER: Press to set the automatic timer.
