5. If any part of the appliance is not working as it should, has received
a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or been in
contact with water, do not use and contact the Dyson Helpline.
6. Do not look directly into the light source.
7. Do not install or use with a damaged suspension cable. If the
suspension cable supplied is damaged it must be replaced by
Dyson, its service agent or similiarly qualified person in order to
avoid a hazard.
8. This appliance is only compatible with DALI compliant dimmer
products. This product should not be used with noncompliant
products. Dyson is not responsible for any damage resulting from the
use of this applications in conjunction with noncompliant products.
9. Use a micro fiber cloth or solvent and moisture free compressed air
canister to clean the appliance and ensure the appliance is turned off.
10. Ensure no pipe work (gas, water, air) or electrical cables, wires or
ductwork are located directly behind the drilling/mounting area.
11. Check that the electrical supply corresponds to that shown on the
rating plate. If the appliance is connected to any electrical supply
other than that stated on the rating plate, permanent damage or
improper/unsafe operation of the product may result. Dyson shall not
be responsible for any damage resulting from the use of an improper
electrical supply.
12. The appliance must be earthed.
13. To prevent movement and strain on the terminals, positive means of
field wiring securement must be provided during installation. The field
wiring shall be secured less than 3 inches from the cord entry and
considered with National Electrical Code.

reasonable use. If a component fails within the 5 year warranty

1. Tous les travaux de réparation et d’installation électrique doivent
être effectués par un électricien qualifié ou un ingénieur du
service de réparations Dyson conformément à tous les codes et
réglements locaux.
2. Ne branchez pas de terminal DALI à l’alimentation principale. Les
fils DALI ne sont pas de type SELV (très basse tension de sécurité) et
n’assurent pas une protection contre les contacts. Il faut qu’il y ait un
niveau fonctionnel d’isolation ou un niveau de protection supérieur
entre les fils DALI et le câblage principal.
3. L’appareil est conçu pour des emplacements secs à l’intérieur
