WARRANTY CONDITIONS
This warranty is applicable for 3 years from the original date of purchase.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australia Consumer Law. You are entitled
to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss
or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits provided by the warranty are in addition to all other rights and remedies in respect of the product
which the consumer has under the competition and Consumer Act 2010.
This guarantee excludes damage by neglect, shipping or accident and any damage due to incorrect installation,
use or purpose other than those intended or failure to observe the instructions.
Atlantic Australasia reserves the right to reject any warranty claim used in conditions other than domestic
purposes or deemed to be false.
All retail warranty claims must be pre-approved by Atlantic Australasia.
