NOTE: Remove any excess ice crystals on frozen foods before placing in the basket and do

6. Cook according to instructions or use the Frying Guide in this manual.
NOTE: This appliance is not equipped with a timer. You will need to manually shut it off.
7. Open the Lid and Raise the Frying Basket. Let the fried food drain to remove excess oil and
retain crispiness. Lift the Frying Basket from Fryer and carefully pour contents onto a plate

8. Return Frying Basket back to Fryer if you will continue Frying. If more batches of frying will
be done, close the lid and allow the oil to rise back to the desired temperature.
