#1 Why is it When making 2 cups of cappuccino in a row, the second cup is always smaller in size?

The most common causes of an espresso maker for not brewing are:
- There is no water in the reservoir.
- The coffee grounds are too fine.
- There is too much coffee in the filter.
- The cap is not secure and steam is escaping.
- The espresso maker is not plugged in.
- The coffee grounds have been tamped/compressed too much.
- The espresso maker may need cleaning.

#2 Are the inner parts of this machine stainless steel or plastic?
