Remove decorative nuts (D) from front of fixture
(A) and remove mounting plate (B) from back of
fixture (A).

Attach mounting plate (B) to outlet box (not
included) using the existing outlet box
screws and washers. Make sure fixture
screws are level vertically. This will help
ensure that the fixture (A) is level when
attached. Tighten outlet box screws to
secure mounting plate (B).
CAUTION: Make sure the outlet box can
support 35 lbs. hanging weight. Use metal
outlet box; plastic outlet boxes are not
recommended.
