●Thecenterscrewwaspre-lubricatedwithgreaseatthetimeofshippingtoensuresmoothrotation.

recommend applying commercially available grease (commercially available lithium soap-based

●Whenapplyinggrease,applyonlytothecentralscrewmechanism;donotapplygreasetothewood
orotherparts.
●Beforeusingtheproduct,makesurethatthegreaseisnotonpartsotherthanthecenterscrew.
●When applying grease, please work in a well-ventilated area; protect the surrounding areas and
preventgreasefromadheringtoclothingorthebody.

●Donottouchthecenterscrewdirectly,asyourngersmaycontactthegrease.Becarefulnottoget
greaseonyourclothes.
●Whenstoringtheproduct,takenecessarymeasuressuchascoveringtheareatopreventsurrounding
objectsfrombeingcontaminatedbygrease.
●Thecenterscrewmechanismwillwearoutslightlyeachtimeitisraisedorlowered.Thewornmetalis
apowderysubstancethatwillmixwiththegreaseandsticktothescrewmechanism.Thismaythen
falltotheoorduetovibrationsorimpact.
●Ifthecenterscrewmechanismbecomesdirtyduetodustormetalpowder,werecommendperiodically
wipingthescrewwithadrycloth.Aftercleaning,besuretoreapplygrease.
●Duetothe wearandtearof thecenterscrewmechanismeach timetheseatis raisedorlowered,
doingthisfrequentlymayresultintheseatwobbling.Toprolongthelifeoftheproduct,werecommend
raisingandloweringtheseataslittleaspossible.
●Theservicelifeoftheproductisexpectedtobethreeyears.Wedonotrecommendusingtheproduct
formorethanthreeyears.
●Thisproducthasbeenmanufacturedforhomeuse,andisnotintendedforcommercialorbusiness
use.Dependingonusageandenvironment,partsandttingsmaywearout,andjointsmayloosenor
breakprematurely.
●Donotusecommercialcleanersorsubstancescontainingsurfactants,asthesecanadverselyaect

●Whencleaningtheproduct,wipewoodenpartswithadrysoftcloth.Tocleanthefabric,useabrush
orvacuumcleanertoremovedustorlint.Ifmoisturegetsonthefabric,wipeitoassoonaspossible.
●Topreventtheabsorptionofmoistureintothefabric,werecommendapplyingacommerciallyavailable
water-repellentspraytothefabricbeforeuse,andperiodicallythereafter.Pleasereadtheprecautions
ofthespraybeforeuse.
●Please inspect the screws and hardware periodically for looseness or wobbling. Please use a +2
screwdriverwhen retightening wood screws. Do not over-tighten screws, as this can damage the
wood.
●Theendboltmayloosenduringuse.Usea5mmhexagonalwrenchtoperiodicallyretightenthebolt.
●Wheninspectingscrewsandttings,avoidallowingthegreaseappliedtothecentralscrewtoadhere
toclothingorthebody.
●Whendisposingoftheproduct,please contact a waste disposal contractor. Do not incineratethe
productbyyourself.
●Pleasedisposeofunneededpackingmaterialsproperlyassoonaspossibleinaccordancewithlocal

Note: Grease should be applied
to this part to ensure smooth
rotation of the center screw and
to reduce ruing.
• The end bolt and end washer are important mechanisms in the prevention
of the center screw coming o. Do not use the product if the end bolt or
end washer is loose or not inalled, as this is very dangerous.
Invert the product body and check that the end bolt securing the end
washer at the end of the center screw are not loose.
• A 5mm hex wrench is required for checking and tightening. Please prepare
a commercially available tool.
