maintained,lubricatedandtunedup accordingto theinstructionsin the owner'smanual,
Searswillrepairor replacefreeofchargeanypartsthatare foundto be defectivein
materialorworkmanshipaccordingto theguidelinesof coveragelistedbelow.Sears
willalso providefreelaborfortheseapplicablewarrantedparts forthetwofull years.
Duringthefirst30 daysof purchase,therewillbe no chargesto servicetheproduct
atyour homefor issuescoveredbythiswarranty.(Seeexclusionsbelow). Foryour
convenience,IN HOMEwarrantyservicewillstill be availableafterthefirst 30days
of purchase,butatripchargewill apply.This chargewill be waivedifthe Craftsman
productis droppedoffat an authorizedSears location.ForthenearestauthorizedSears

ThisWarrantydoesnotcover:
• Expendableitemswhichbecomewornduringnormaluse,includingbutnotlimitedto
blades,spark plugs,aircleaners,belts,andoilfilters.
• StandardMaintenanceServicing,oilchanges, ortune-ups
• Tire replacementor repaircausedbypuncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchas nails,
thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseofoperatorabuse,includingbutnotlimitedto,damage
causedbytowingobjectsbeyondthecapabilityof theridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bendtheframeorcrankshaft,or over-speedingtheengine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseofoperatornegligence,includingbutnotlimitedto,elec-
trical andmechanicaldamagecausedbyimproperstorage,failureto usethe proper
gradeandamountofengineoil, failureto keepthedeckclearofflammabledebris,
orfailureto maintaintheequipmentaccordingto the instructionscontainedin the
owner'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningor repairscausedbyfuel determinedto be contami-
natedoroxidized(stale). Ingeneral,fuel shouldbe usedwithin30days of itspur-
chasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearof theexteriorfinishes,or productlabel replacement.
• Ridingequipmentusedforcommercialorrentalpurposes.
LIMITEDWARRANTYONBATTERY
Forninety(90)daysfromdateof purchase,if anybatteryincludedwiththis riding
equipmentprovesdefectivein materialorworkmanshipandour testingdeterminesthe
batterywill notholdacharge,Searswill replacethebatteryatno charge. Duringthe
first 30daysof purchase,therewillbe no chargesto replacethebatteryatyour HOME.
Afterthefirst 30 days,foryour convenience,IN-HOMEwarrantyservicewillstill be avail-
