1. Heating
Cause: Heating with an empty cavity,
Overheating.
Not maintaining and cleaning the device.
Damage to the magnetron.
Incorrect use has caused damage to the device.
Solution:
Please follow the instruction manual to ensure the device is properly used and
maintained. Please clean the device regularly, this includes issues with airflow issues and
causing damage to the magnetron, the main heating component. Please only use
microwaveable items in the device; do not use the device when empty.
Please take intervals when mass using to give time for the device to cool down. Please
also ensure there is moisture in the food that is being cooked, the microwave targets
water molecules to heat the food.
Another consideration to make is the positioning of the item inside the microwave, do
not put it centrally but to the edge of the plate as this will allow consistent rotation when
cooking. Please also check the timer and settings to ensure that the correct setting is
being used for the item you are microwaving,

2. Turntable not rotating
Cause: Roller rings not secure.
Dirt is stopping the component from working.
Solution:
Please inspect the roller rings to ensure they are secure. Please regularly clean the device
as any build-up of food particles will result in the turntable not rotating.

3. LED displays Err0/Err1
Cause: Err0 code indicates a short circuit.
Err1 code indicates an open circuit.
Solution:
If either of the codes is displayed, please switch off the device and contact our support helpline on
